I paid $15 for Facebook likes and they sent it to the wrong social media page and even after sending them the correct link they still never refunded my money. I’m ticked that I paid for somebody else’s business.

I keep seeing in my checking account $39 withdrawels from socailupgrade.
How do I cancel future payments?

Still getting charged after months of them shutting down. Trying to get bank to block charges. Phone number provided does not work! How is this legal? Any class action lawsuits?

Website closed for 3 months but continued to charge!

Paid USD$39, did not see any significant result in 2 weeks and decided to request for a refund. They promised to issue the refund and allegedly said "refund processed". Checked with my bank twice after 3 weeks and did not find any transaction coming from them!!! Very smart lier!!!

I didnt grow that much and the followers was not that good

i experimented with the adding friends (follow unfollow) method of gaining followers. in an hours worth of work on my own i gained 100+ in a few days. real interactive people who appreciate my artwork. nothing scammy.

with Socialupgrade, in a week, paying for their most expensive service, i gained 27 followers. thats it. when i contacted their team they made excuses and said the accounts i gave them to target were private. they are most definitely not. i can see that with my own two eyes

do not waste your money. this is a scam and their excuses were alarming as they were untrue (the accounts were not private). highly unprofessional. you can do more in 15 minutes of work then paying for their $100 a month service

I've used their service from April 2018 till July 2018, till I found out that they've been banned by Instagram, so I asked for a refund and they did refund me actually, without any delays,
the service was so good and I was getting new followers every day, I think I got around 2K in 4 months, which is not bad
I would love to know if they resume their service, I would like to activate again my account @socialupgrade

Worked as expected! Social upgrade did what I wanted it to do and it has resulted in my followers increasing daily. I can see the results in my dashboard. Recommended.

Avoid avoid avoid! Not only did I not gain any real followers but upon cancelling their subscription their service has ruined my brands Instagram account permanently with a constant influx of fake bot accounts coming every few days. I go from 1500 fake followers down to 1000 then suddenly back up again on repeat. This is happening after they emailed suggesting I let them 'send 1000 inactive followers so people are more likely to follow me when they see my account' - I never replied to this email but they went ahead and done it anyway and now my account is messed up and full of bots.

It started off ok and then they changed the way they operate.... no growth at all. You contact them and all you get is a cut and paste reply. I paid for the premium service and I got nothing back. Avoid this company at all costs

The Instagram account got banned several times and they won’t issue a refund. Never start with the service. The result isn’t worth the money and trouble!

Been trying to get in touch with this company ALL week - no responses to any of my emails. They were targeting a market that is highly questionable and not in line with my business. Requested for a refund, still no response. About ready to go to a lawyer.

Still NO refund - they’ll be hearing from my lawyer by tomorrow if I don’t receive one today.

My instagram account was BANNED, support doesnt respond to my emails, instead sends me "reminders" to connect my account, which of course I cannot do since your service resulted in it being permanently banned.

I would recommend choosing another service that cares about its customers and their accounts.

Ok, so I have to change my tune. I had not set up my account correctly, and therefore SocialUpgrade were unable to begin managing it.

Because of this I had assumed that they had taken my money, and done nothing. It seemed that the fear and uncertainty spread around the internet about them was true.

I can confirm that SocialUpgrade do what they say they will do. And have so far done it well (one week in after correcting my set up).

I am still nervous of their methods – that is unclear to me. For now I trust them to manage my social accounts responsibly.

There was a problem with the setup, but they took diligent steps and handled it professionally. I would recommend them!

I have been using Social upgrade for a few months now, It has exceeded my expectations! I have made so many new engaging followers, and my business is growing as a result.
I am very happy with the results I've been telling all my friends about social upgrade and that it really does work!
