Ordered an electric Stihl chainsaw plus ancils and it was delivered 4/5 days later (delayed due to snow). The delivery company was one of the big ones so were pretty good with communication.
Great Pre-Sales service on the phone, the coveralls arrived within 2 days of ordering. I'm sure we will be back when he grows out of these for the next size up.

Item was packed Saturday morning then stood until Wednesday and when I contacted to chase up delivery the person gave a smug laugh and was disinterested and couldn’t give me an answer.Poor service

The extras made the difference
Bought the battery powered saw via the web site. Included a second battery free of charge which is what made the difference.
Delivery was exceptionally quick.

Great Price and Fast Delivery
the old saying, if it looks to good it probably is, i am happy to say this time i was proven wrong!!
Price of the lawn mower beat everywhere else i checked by a significant amount,
Was then expecting to be stung by delivery - i was not £7.50 - wow.
Then you think how many weeks for it to arrive - ordered monday night arrived Wednesday evening.
Box sealed and no damage. Now i have no excuse to get on and cut the grass.
