Agria have been nothing but brilliant, compassionate and kind.
My Shiba Inu, Chiru, was eight months old when she had complications and passed away due to vet negligence. Throughout it all, the staff members and customer service have been sensitive and swift in their responses, their support has been outstanding. They managed to link together existing claims under the same condition and had taken so much of the stress from me.
So much so, that my current dog, also a Shiba Inu, Hana, was immediately registered with them before I even got her. I trust them to evaluate each of my claims and to be treated with kindness and patience over the phone with whatever query I have.
I will be using Agria for all future animals and I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Reasonably straightforward to get through to a person though quite a long sales message before options were given! Once through, had a very helpful chat with Shane to discuss how to make a claim, timelines, coverage etc.

This is the second policy we have taken out. The first was for over 12 years until our dog passed. We had fabulous support from Agria and that is why we have gone back to them for our new furbaby.

I rang Agria to check whether dental cover was included in my cat Rodney's insurance. It was (thank goodness).
Not only did the Agria contact, Zoya, talk me through this but also helped me sort out my password to access the policy online. Thank you Agria, and in particular Zoya!

💯 Reccomend Agria insurance for your pets (extended family members). I have insurance for my horse Jay and have been thoroughly impressed at how my claim was dealt with right from the start. Today I rang them to ask some questions and got through to Tabitha Marshall who is worth her weight in gold, absolutely superb at her job and amazing telephone manner I'd hope they'd use he recorded call for training new staff. Keep up the good work, Ryan and Jay 😁
