Excellent, helpful and informative
I spoke to Jenny today over an issue that I was confused about in relation to my claim for ongoing problems with my cat.
Jenny clarified the situation for me and was very helpful indeed. She also suggested adding another nominee to my Policy which was a great idea as my cat is going to stay with my son in a couple of weeks and he can now access Agria if needed.
Jenny also informed me about some rewards and benefits available via the app.
Thank you Jenny, you are excellent at your job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Agria to anyone.

Great Lifetime Cover, Fast Claim payout
My 9 year old rescue dog was diagnosed with diabetes in December. Thankfully I had the Agria Lifetime cover for her and it has been a Godsend. Claims paid quickly, rarely need to speak to anyone there because the website and claims process is so straightforward. I'd definitely recommend!

Always excellent service
Always excellent service. My girls have been with Agria for years and it would take a lot for me to switch. One of mine has hip dysplasia so having the life time policy has been invaluable. Their customer service is always friendly and helpful. Claims are paid out on time. Notifications about my claims let me know when the vets have submitted them. The online portal is easy to use. Yeah, I’d definitely recommend.
