Quick and convenient

Agile is the worst telehealth provider with whom I have worked in my 36 year career. While pleasant, their customer service support staff are uninformed, equipped to provide useful information, and therefore incapable of providing needed customer support. I opened an account with Agile two weeks ago for a GLP-1. The process seemed smooth enough, and I paid for my prescription at the time of I opened my account. My request was reviewed and approved within a day, but two weeks later, the medication remains unshipped and customer support provides canned answers and no information unique to me. Every day for the last 10 days, I receive two emails and two texts, morning and afternoon, each telling me that there is a slight delay in shipping my medication. I don’t believe that Agile has any intention of fulfilling their contractual obligation ro me. I would strongly advise others to use extreme caution should they choose to work with this incompetent company.

The ability to address concerns and listen along with providing adequate information and details

It took a lot of time, but we worked out the kinks. It still says I am not verified, and one of their specialists was being rude. But all in all, they were helpful. Moved from 1 star to three stars.

1. Be prepared for a lot of back n' forth, and sometimes you'll get different answers from staff.
2. Whatever email and phone number you sign up with is permanent. I've called several times to change it. It still goes to the old information, which can be a HUGE privacy concern.

She was very encouraging of my progress! I was dreading the call because I scheduled it during my work hours but it was surprisingly quick and easy- not to mention pleasant!

We established a formula for my monthly prescription. I asked to wait a couple months because I had to finish a recent glp-1 prescription. He was very flexible, and informed me I could call back just prior to when my last dose will be to re-activate the prescription. Since my payment had already gone through, I was able to get a refund.

It was a great experience and I am looking forward to seeing the outcome of my journey!

I like that the visit was on line. And at a time that I could talk.

I canceled my subscription before the meds even shipped and they kept my full $200 payment. I canceled because they wanted a bunch of continuous bloodwork which I was told was not going to be requested

This was the best consultation I have had since starting the medication. She was caring, friendly, and knowledge. She answered all of my questions and provided feedback. She was amazing. I wish I could get her all the time.

Nurse didn’t come on video so felt awkward and impersonal. Seemed like it was not really important or necessary. Didn’t really seem concerned or interested in my health, just pushing papers through the mill
