They disconnect if you try to speak in French
For my delivery, I chose a day in which I could stay at home from 8:00 to 16:00. I clearly indicated this. They then wrote the night before a SMS (from a number to which I can't call) saying they'll come from 17:45 to 19:45 (!).
I have been trying to call for more than an hour now. If I choose French as an option, they hang up. I find this unacceptable.
EDIT: I see Agediss' answer. There is no email address or any other way in your profile to deliver a private message to you. How should I do it?
Also, you don't need any other data from me: please check your phone system. It disconnects when the user chooses French as an option.

Don't let your decathlon order be delivered at home
I bought some things on decathlon.com and it had to be delivered by agediss. They send me a form to make an appointment that didn't work, so I tried calling, nobody answered. When I chose my native language the telephone disconnected, and in another language nobody answered even after 1 hour of calling. Decathlon made the appointment for me, so 2 months after I ordered my products I will (hopefully) finally have them. It's incredible how fast they respond on a bad review but answering their mails is to difficult I guess.

Made an appointment and they asked me to be available during the delivery window 8h-17h..
I called after 17h and they just told met that 'it didn't fit on the truck this morning you'll get another invite to schedule the delivery'
Even when scheduling the delivery day, there is zero communication afterwards, literally nothing!! just wait and see and if it doesn't work out they'll come another day when it fits them.. very bad customer experience!
update: Today at the scheduled window of delivery they called to tell me my 'package is broke'.. and are unable to deliver. this starts to look like a scam!

Totally incompetent
Totally incompetent. To organize a big delivery they tell you they can come throughout a day - with no smaller time window whatsoever. Then the day itself they provide a time window of 2 hours. But then when they are supposed to come they cancel the delivery. I had to take a day off to be available for this. It’s unacceptable.

Product damaged by drivers, but they make us feel like liars. Horrible experience!
Product was damaged during delivery (cut in cushion while opening the box, but courier put cushions aside while he was in our living room, probably masking his mistake, so we noticed only after we had assembled the chair). We reported the damage, but the company denies it. Not nice to be called a liar as a client, while it is obvious it is an "opening" cut by the driver (you can check the position of the cut in relation to the box). Overall very poor communication, disturbing and unclear phone calls. Terrible expierence!

Delivery of trampoline order from decathlon kortrijk, belgium
While we were waiting for the delivery, the driver informed us that he had arrived but that we were not at home. He went to the wrong address, it was later confirmed. They scheduled another delivery date without saying sorry, and we waited again, he said he'd come but never showed up. We called them, but they were rude! I've never seen such poor service!

Drivers called in advance when reaching destination and delivered inside packages in good condition and a timely manner.
Well represented the shipper and contributted to the customer overall experience.

Absolutely horrific! Positive reviews here are fake. Everyone I know who dealt with with Agedis has extremely bad experiences.
-delivery cancelled 3 times
-impossible to reach them
-no tracking
-hours and hours on the phone….
-employees are kind once you speak to them but they have zero knowledge and insight, they recommend getting in touch again with Maison du Monde where we ordered
Update: After 4 canceled deliveries or no-show, and many hours (and money) wasted on my side, the 5th one finally showed up, however - when checking the boxes they only delivered 3 out of the 4 ordered items!!
Although they write below they will contact me they never did, this is just to try to delete negative ratings on Trustpilot, which they are allowed to do if I don’t provide my personal details….

The worst possible experience
The worst possible experience. Delivery guy calls 5 minutes before arriving, refuses to leave the delivery for our gardienne or wait for few minutes for us to arrive. This is not even the first time they tried to deliver this and they always messed up the delivery.

Ordered from Ikea and items were not delivered on time yet, i have been waiting all day, this is horrible since i am traveling soon and there is no insight to when the delivery will be done, no contact no reply nothing from this company! This is just horrible service and a horrifying experience,
Paid for premium delivery and they dont even bother calling or rescheduling or updating the customer,
Reading all these bad reviews i am sure this company is a scam!

Never seen something as unprofessional as Agediss. Summary: lost the order, made me call and spend hours in the waiting line, told me a delivery date, made me wait at home and didn’t show up without a word.
Update: The gift that keeps on giving! Since posting this comment, the company once more communicated a delivery date to me - today. Come today, with no news regarding the time of delivery, I call the company once more to find out what is happening, only to be told that the delivery will not take place today and that they don’t know when it will take place. Thanks for absolutely nothing

The worst courier ever
The worst courier ever. Today 15 April, they have not yet delivered a good bought on 4 March. They have made me wait at home 3 times in the last week and they did not delivered without providing any explanation. Calling the call centre is a nightmare: at least 45 minutes waiting, the person replying cannot give any useful information, he even laughed at me. I will not buy anything in the future if the delivery is to be made by this company.
On 17 April Agediss is not still able to deliver, the call centre says they cannot schedule the delivery before Thursday 20 April, i.e. more than one and a half month after the purchase (and payment). The call centre is not even able to grant the delivery can take place on Thursday because the good is not in their warehouse and they shall localise it first, they refuse to even give a certain time spot for the delivery. When I insist that I want the delivery to take place as soon as possible the only thing they say is they are sorry. In all, they are not able to even propose a feasible solution after causing the problem and they lack totally in professionalism.
P.S.: contrary to the reply to my first message, nobody cared to contact me, I had to waste again 30 minutes on hold waiting the call centre to reply.
After calling the call center of the company from which I bought the good to be delivered (Maisons du Monde), I discovered that Agediss cannot localise the good, therefore I was left with no other option than cancelling the purchase and requiring the credit of the money paid. They played with my time and money all this time.

Samsung TV delivery
Ordered a Samsung TV which would be delivered by Agediss with a 5 to 10 day window.
Agediss kept me up to date with the progress and called to confirm delivery date and time.
The delivery was on time at 9am on the day/date given.
The TV / packing was intact, no damage. The TV works.
The delivery guy was polite and correct.
I give Agediss 5*

The second time, the delivery guy even asked if he should remove the chair from the parcel, so we don't have to deal with the waste.That was very cool, as I didn't expect it.
All in all, I can recommend this service.

Order in transit for over three weeks
I am waiting for an order that agediss has in it's possession for three weeks (commande 45387985) . When I ask them, they respond it is in transit and that they will make an appointment for the delivery as soon as possible, but they never did so far. I don't think it should take this long so I have the impression they lost my order.
Update: Thank you for another useless response that does not tell anything about the whereabouts of my order. Could you at least confirm that you have lost my order? It has been a month now.
