Worst service
I ordered a table from Kavehome on October 30th, and they shipped it on November 7th via Agediss. Since then, I’ve had three delivery appointments scheduled, and each time the delivery was canceled at the last minute. The repeated excuse? My package has been “lost.” At this point, I’ve lost all hope of ever receiving my table.
Agediss has proven to be the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with—completely unreliable and frustrating. I would strongly advise against using their services. An absolute nightmare!

I’ve ordered 11 items from Sklum on 10th October and my delivery has not arrived yet. I called Agediss Belgium and they told me that your delivery is in another partner in Netherlands. They didn’t give me any detail or any phone number to track my delivery. What should I do? How can’t you deliver an order in several months?

Cancelling appointments - still no delivery
Terrible experience -2 appointments for delivery cancelled a few hours before - no communication on new delivery date, the service desk can not say anything - my delivery is "somewhere in their warehouse" and for one or another reason cannot get scanned - so they cannot tell me anything - is really frustrating for articles that are really expensive to have no idea where they are and when they will be delivered. No reaction on email, no reaction on contact form website - and their telephone customer services takes at least 20 min before you can speak to someone, who in the end does not know anything more - Agediss has work to do to improve its processes and customer satisfaction

Worst company ever
Promised to deliver for two times, gave date and time but never came. The telephone customer service is run by rude uneducated people who only set new dates with the same outcome.
If you want to hang on the phone line for ages being "at position three in this queue..." with never being helped - you are at the right place! Never again!

I have two of my packages from veepee.be stuck with Agediss which were supposed to be delivered already several days ago!
I had to reschedule for another day because they failed to deliver them the first time.
Anyway, I was on the phone with a rep, and she told me she contacted the delivery guy, and apparently, his car broke down! Like hell it did. I can't believe a word! This is the second time they haven't delivered, what was the problem the first time then? Also a brokedown on the road? What a bullshit!
Reading all these negative reviews, I think I'm doomed. Those were gifts for my husband's anniversary! Absolutely disgusting, I'm about to cry!

I ordered a package that would come at a certain time. Till today it has never been delivered. When I called the customer service I waited 30 minutes. When it was finally my time the service "automatically closed at 6pm. Terrible service. Never ordering here again!!!!

Today 12 October agediss had to bring 4 packages from veepee.be. I had the driver on the phone and asked him to put them on the terras in the back as stipulated by my mail.The truck drove up my street and nobody stepped out then turned around and left
The driver told me he would put it my terras.

Very Disappointing Service from Agediss
I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Agediss during multiple furniture deliveries from Kave Home to my house in Osseja, France.
1. Insufficient Assembly Time: The workers were only given 105 minutes to assemble furniture for the entire house, which was impossible. I had to hire a professional carpenter, and even with two people working for over 6 hours, we couldn’t finish the job.
2. Disorganized Deliveries: Furniture was delivered in multiple, fragmented shipments, despite my request to consolidate them into one. This forced me to make several long trips to Osseja, a two-hour drive from my usual residence.
3. Poor Customer Service: The phone support was unhelpful, often blaming me for delivery issues when I was just asking for flexibility. There was no effort to facilitate communication, and no one spoke English or any other language, which made things even more frustrating.
The worst part of all was when I called to organize the deliveries. I was treated so poorly that I had to hang up, only to be called back and hear someone in the background constantly complaining. Unbelievable.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and disorganized, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.

This is very bad service. The driver refused to deliver the product. I was asked in advance if there were any particular delivery requirements. I specified on the order form that he had to cross a bridge on foot and walk 250 meters to the house. Why was this not communicated to the driver on his delivery rota? He said he did not have time to cross the bridge as he had other deliveries to make. He was already an hour late!! He was not interested. Why are you employing people that refuse to do the job? The driver passed me to his logistics manager by mobile telephone, who told me to make another appointment for the delivery.

Unreachable Support
I ordered the furniture from an online store and it was shipped via Agediss. The delivery time was supposed to be 5-7 business days, but it's been more than 15 and I still haven't received the order. Their support service is absolutely unreachable via “Contact Us” form on the website.
