I had the pleasure of dealing with…

I had the pleasure of dealing with Kailey with your customer service department. I contacted customer service regarding an exchange and she was competent, personable and do very helpful,
I purchased a pendant thinking it was a lab grown but realized it was simulated. I had an opportunity to purchase a lab grown pendant locally but because she went over and above the call of duty I purchased a 3 ct lab grown pendant from Agape. My experience was fantastic and she exceeded my expectations. She should be commended.

The site is very complicated for an…

The site is very complicated for an older person to use. I tried to buy my fiancé, her engagement ring, and wedding bands, and I was gonna propose to her, and it was going to be a surprise. However, your site was so difficult for me to use that. I actually had to call her and have her help me so there with a surprise I didn’t get a chance to be able to take them to her, get down on one knee and propose properly like a man should. So basically because of your site, I had to propose over the telephone.
Edit: I received the shipping notice for FEDEX and to our dismay they are shipping the ring to me and not to my fiancé. Only problem is I am a 1000 miles away from her and handling family affairs. This is seriously concerning. This is quite a fiasco. This is a complete and utter disaster and failure to deliver on the excellent customer service that Agapé promises. At this point I am very much regretting my purchase from them. I gave the two stars originally and now have updated it to one star.

Your customer service was great via email. We did play “phone tag” for a day or two but it wasn’t a big deal. The shipping and pricing was also very good. The only thing I am a little disappointed with is the setting. The main 4ct diamond is perfect. The band seems a little small and thin.

I paid for next day air and still…

I paid for next day air and still haven’t received my package and it’s a day and a half. Need this for Valentine’s Day which is why I paid 40 for delivery!
