Ordered a new motocaddy bag
Ordered a new motocaddy bag, arrived with a couple of marks on it so arranged it to be returned o ly to be told I will get a credit once you have got one from motocaddy!!! I bought the bag from you not motocaddy so I expect a refund straight away not have to wait a couple of weeks. Still waiting

Thanks for your review. We're very sorry to hear that your new Motocaddy bag arrived with marks on it, and we completely understand how disappointing this must have been.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. As soon as we were notified of the issue, our Customer Service team worked to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. In cases where a product arrives with a fault or damage, we do need to contact the manufacturer to report the issue and ensure it is dealt with correctly. However, we appreciate that, from your perspective, your purchase was made with us, and we understand your frustration with the process. I can see that a full refund has been offered once the bag has been returned to us, in line with our returns procedure. If you would prefer a replacement rather than a refund, we would also be happy to arrange this. Unfortunately, we are only able to process either a refund or a replacement once the original bag has been received back at our warehouse.
We apologise again for the inconvenience and for any frustration this has caused. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this matter.

Phone holder.....PowaKaddy trolley
Bought the powakaddy golf trolley but the phone holder is rubbish, doesn't fit the Samsung Galaxy s25 or bigger. So can't use it.
Maybe change description to say old phones only which are smaller.
