Horrendous is the only word I can…
Horrendous is the only word I can describe this company with, first sent me out a used driver that was cracked and a bought a new one then I send it back to find out they don’t have any in stock and it was put across to me from a girl called Hannah that it was indeed my fault as I took a day and a half to post it back. Still waiting on a full refund a week later avoid at all costs customer service is very poor and puts the blame on yourself when they could easily have held their hands up and admit it’s was there mistake but they won’t do that absolute scam of a company won’t ever use again
And to reply to your email it was a used club that had big cracks just in a box not one bit of packaging on the club. the lies you guys are telling is ridiculous and now just trying to cover your own back.

We have raised this with the courier, as the damage appears to have occurred in transit, and we understand how disappointing it was to receive your order in this condition.
Looking into your order, we can see that our Customer Service team was awaiting your email confirmation and the return tracking details so that we could arrange a replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until we know the damaged item is on its way back to us. At the time, we only had one replacement driver remaining in stock, and before we were able to reserve it, it was purchased by another customer through our website.We completely understand how frustrating this situation has been, especially as you were expecting a straightforward replacement. We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and any confusion caused during our communication. As we are no longer expecting any further stock of this item, we will be issuing a full refund.Once again, we're very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
