I waited 3 months for my product and never received
I waited 3 months for my product. The first shipment mysteriously got to some destination, and just stayed there. Contacted them, and they sent a replacement, which took several weeks, and was supposedly delivered, but repeated searches came up empty. Every time I contacted them, they asked me to do several checks, correct address, look for item in delivery area, check with neighbors and family members, contact post office (which never had the package), and contact the shipper. Never located the package, and when filed a dispute with PayPal, they reported it had been delivered, and PayPal closed the complaint.
