I did not get a rose quartz roller, I ordered two bottles of the product and they both have plastic rollers with no additional items also it was advertised to be used as a face moisturiser but on box says for arms , legs and abdomen? I’m confused?

Do not buy this product, the roller ball does not work, I've tried to get a refund and they won't give me one. Tell me I have to return to the warehouse in China at a cost of $40 or $50 bucks. I wish I had read these reviews before buying, hopefully this will help someone else not get duped.
Wonderful all purpose oil I add frankincense and use it for my face♥️but can use it anywhere for dry skin.
The product was not what was advertised. "Organic Castor Oil with Rose Quartz Roller" contains zero Organic Castor Oil but a number of other ingredients. And the roller is made of plastic.
The roller ball does not work - I have to press so hard the oil comes out through the seal. Not usable as is - very disappointed.

The order came in quick time.Updates were continuous. The product was as I expected. The downside was the packaging instructions were so small that they could not be read.

Did not do what was shown, Pulled the hair and was not comfortable for dog. False advertising. I will have to pre-shed and do a lot of brushing just to get comb to go through my Aussie's coat Also, took forever to arrive. Thought it was an American base company I ordered from. Really not happy
