I purchase a domain and didn't get it

I recently purchased a domain and the domain has been in pending state for about 4 to 5 days, i have never experience such thing before as a developer. I keep writing ticket but i just get the auto responds, seems like the company is ran by bot or is on autopilot. This is my worst experience purchasing domain, and the painful part of it is the customer support, nobody is even attending to the emails i am send. The domain is still available in other providers, i might just have to go purchase it somewhere else.
