I sent a domain renewal invoice link to my client which they paid, and a week later I see in my CC statement WebCentral charged my card for the same domain renewal. Pure chance I even saw it. Their support team confirmed it had been paid twice, and were quick to resolve. Full stars for the support team. Once the refund has cleared I'll move my domains elsewhere.

For weeks I am trying to redirect one of our domains to our website. AS I don't know much about how any of this really works, I was often contacting your support for help, but every time they do something, ensure me all is good now and few days later, no change with my redirect.
