Placed an order and at the time I thought this person is dodgy as the insist on me buying more and more products. When they said pay family and friends I should have known I was being scammed! Avoid and report this person.!!

Amazing products, a great price and fantastic service. Defo my new 'go to' provider. Next day delivery even though I didn't request that. I am very happy with this company, the products and service. Well done and keep up the good work.

Order came not completed, customer service not able to help. If you are brave enough to order from this company remember you might get your goods or you might not, there is no guarantee.

This is absolutely disgraceful. Took my money. Then said it had been sent and would send me the tracking number plus paid £10 for postage now I’m blocked. THIEFS THIEFS THIEFS AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUVE GOT MORE MONEY THAN SENSE!!!!!

Placed the order on 25th July and it hasn’t arrived! Then I checked my account on their website and it said: REFUNDED! No money has been refunded to me, I tried to contact them everyday. Jordan (CEO) is ignoring my emails, messages and phone calls! Never ever order from them!

Ordered 14th of July paid for next day delivery and I got nothing said there items had been seized. told me I would get a refund in one to two weeks then stopped replying too my emails and phone calls just phoned my bank today and they have refunded me the full amount

My order got delivered yesterday on time as always. Just gone on to the site to order more body filler and it’s closed down till further notice. I can’t help but think this is something to do with rival companies that continually post on here under different names, as their body filler prices can not be beat!! (I haven’t checked out other products to see the price difference) such a shame really. I hope they get back up and running soon. Ive followed them on Facebook but there’s now way to message them.

I ordered from them paid next day delivery before 1pm no invoice sent only a payment receipt from TakepaymentsLtd which I found strange to go onto their website to find it has completely shut down today , can’t contact them in anyway I’m absolutely furious that they can take my money and next day they close their website , I will contacting my bank for a refund

Firstly, I NEVER leave reviews for anything but I felt like I needed to after reading all the bad reviews AFTER my purchase. I made my first first purchase which cost me £800, straight after I came on trustspot to read reviews and quite frankly i sh!t myself! Every review was negative. So I called my bank straight away to stop the transaction which they couldn’t do, so I was in a panic!! To my surprise my order was delivered the very next day (I paid for next day delivery) I have since gone on to order £400 worth of stock and £1380 worth of stock, all being body filler, maxyfill (£1380 order just being placed today) both times my order has been delivered by DPD and has needed to be signed for. Each time Ive had email confirmation from the site and txt messages from DPD with a time slot. I haven't had to contact customer services so I don’t know if they’re any good or not but the service I have received so far I can’t knock in any way shape or form. I run a very successful aesthetics branch with a very high following on Instagram. If I had any sort of problem I would have been straight on here and all socials warning people of this site BUT. All I have is praise. I’m guessing the bad reviews are all from competitors, which is quite sad really. If you go to their website they have plenty of amazing reviews, where I’ll also be leaving a review too. This just goes to show that you can’t always trust trustspot and there’s clearly some bitter company’s out there that have way to much time on their hands.

Made an order 15 days ago paid £7.50 for next day delivery and never arrived. I have been messaging them on WhatsApp, email two different email address requesting tracking details that they couldn’t provide and told me to chill out. I will be taking this court and it’s already logged with citizen advice.
