Poor Delivery, Lack of Customer Care
Was advised delivery within 24hrs.
Ordered late on 6th was expecting Monday 10th due to the lateness in the day of the order. When chased on 11th the part had not even been dispatched and there was no communication re this. When I advised the customer service agent I was told 24 hours he was uninterested Item was supposed be on a pre 12 delivery for 13th item arrived after 4pm, not reliable

Unfortunately, there was a delay with our courier, which resulted in your order not being collected as scheduled. To rectify this, we upgraded your delivery to a pre-12 service as promised. However, we were unaware that the courier had not fulfilled this until we saw your review.
After investigating, we have tracked the details with DPD and understand that they did send you an SMS message and email to apologise for the delay. While the final delivery timing was beyond our control, we completely understand your frustration and regret any inconvenience this caused you.
Please be assured that we are working closely with our courier to prevent similar issues in the future.
