I booked my trip with Aiden, we decided on Thailand, but then had a change of plans and wanted to go to Vietnam. He was able to change the booking and the hotel. He has been brilliant at keeping in contact all the way along. We appreciated the payment plan option. Definitely recommend.

Booking Experience Review

The booking experience was positive overall. The process was straightforward, and we were able to review a range of flight options for the Junior World Championships on 21 July. Time was taken to compare prices, flight times, baggage allowances, and overall value to ensure the family could make an informed decision.

A key priority was finding flexible payment options to help spread the cost of travel. Exploring instalment and low-deposit options made the booking more manageable and reduced some of the financial pressure on the family.

Overall, the experience was well organised and supportive. The family felt involved in the decision-making process, had a clear understanding of the available options, and were able to choose a travel arrangement that best met their needs and budget.

We’ve booked with AeroTravels twice now, and both experiences have been smooth and hassle-free. Melissa has been incredibly helpful and always responds to our questions and concerns promptly. This is my first experience with this travel company. To be honest, they are great!. Despite of not replying to their emails on time but they are very patience to deal with their clients in contrast to others. Maya is excellent! She has done fantastic job throughout our booking.
