U didn’t send part to me and I paid for overnight shipping so the following
Monday I called u back and then you finally sent the part but in meantime I lost a week’s worth of work at 1600.00 dollars a day so yeah u suck

If you were told by a salesperson that the turbocharger was new and you received a rebuilt or remanufactured unit instead — without being clearly notified — that is understandably frustrating. The distinction between new OEM and rebuilt turbochargers is extremely important, especially for diesel and heavy-duty truck applications.
At Advanced Truck Parts, product condition (new, OEM, remanufactured, or used) should always be clearly identified on the invoice and in the listing. If there was any miscommunication or fulfillment error, we take that seriously and want to review it immediately.

Item was half ass machined....
Item was half ass machined and had to have been done on Friday 10 minutes before weekend. The rocker arm hold down heli coils were put in upside down and the mounts for the fuel rail were machined to small. The packaging was destroyed by time it arrived

The machining issues you described — heli-coils installed incorrectly and fuel rail mounting surfaces out of spec — are serious concerns. Components like rocker assemblies and related engine parts must meet precise tolerances, especially for diesel and heavy-duty truck applications. What you’re describing is not acceptable.
We’re also sorry the packaging arrived in poor condition. While carriers can sometimes cause transit damage, packaging should be sufficient to protect precision semi-truck and engine components during shipment.

Part was way over priced
Part was way over priced. Others had same part half the price. I bought here because of timing. I didn't receive quickly. Once installed, the certified installers are having issues with it. It will not take a program or tune etc... my truck is still in the shop, the team has engineers involved trying to work out the issue as to why this part cannot seem to be programmed. It is the exact replacement and correct part number. Perfect fit. But..... we will see. I may end up with an $80k yard ornament because of it.
