Great service

Great service. Prompt response and even took the product back when I ordered the wrong part. They worked with me on a double return when I had inadvertently ordered a part twice.

Excellent Service!

Excellent Service!
I needed a particular part, however the part I received was incorrect. I contacted ATP and Adam was patient and corrected the matter in no time. Adam communicated with me through the entire process and I received the correct part within a blink of a eye. I will continue to do business with Advanced Truck Part and I reccommend them to anyone who appreciates Quality service and equipment.

The customer service is excellent

The customer service is excellent: good communication, responsive, and very friendly. I purchased a hight control valve but it turned out to be a wrong parts. The return label was issued quickly and it was very satisfying transaction. Will purchase from this company again.

Needed a part for the Cummins recon…

Needed a part for the Cummins recon motor on the dump truck and they had it and got it in great condition and on time. Had to order another part the other day on the 4th . Had to get a new air compressor for the truck and ordering went just fine. I paid the fee for next day air but didn't get it and it won't be here till the 7th, sure it is not how I ordered it but things happen. Here is why I will continue to do my business here at truckparts.com, I called and let them know I didn't get it next day as I paid for and without hesitation they refunded the fee immediately for the next day air fee without issues. I am very satisfied with customer service. Keep up the great work y'all and I am definitely coming back when I need more parts.
