The process was simple to do and I received my test results right away. The information provided was very helpful to understand what foods have been affecting me negatively and what vitamins I’m lacking. I was looking for a test that gave me a comprehensive view of my health. This test was easy to take as it only took me 5 minutes to complete the registration and give a sample to mail off. The results were quick with the company emailing me where the process was at in the process. The tests are an easy to read format that gives me exactly what I was looking for to help me better understand nutrition, vitamins/minerals, foods, and gut health.

The report was very informative
The report was very informative. The list provided great insight on what to eat and what to stay away from. I did have a discrepancy on a vitamin compared to the blood work from the dr for a specific vitamin but other than that I am overall very pleased. Great communication through the whole process.

Super easy
Super easy! The instructions that come with the test were very easy to follow. Mailed off my sample and in a few days the results were back. Excited to see if removing some foods and adding a few supplements will help my gut.

Good insight to what is safe for me!
I was honestly shocked at some of the items on my list of limitations and avoid. The results were back within 2 days of them receiving my sample too! Very quick and informative. I definitely would recommend if you’re questioning your foods!
I need to rewatch the video on the explanation of the results because the numbers didn’t make sense to me, but that was my only issue.

It was a great experience overall. I filled out the paperwork, sent in my hair sample and was sent a detailed list of the foods and drinks that I am good with and the ones I am more sensitive to. Always good to know.
