ADI Leak Detection Reviews 

ADI did not find a water leak on my property between the street and the house, or inside the house, yet there is a significant and very costly leak. They have fewer tools than the standard utility company for locating the standard utility services. They use the words "Tracing", but the marketing is misleading, as they cannot trace or tell where a pipe goes 75-90cm below the surface if it's not leaking. A whole tank of gas got pumped into our pipework without any results. Okay, faint readings next door by tree roots, but is that really where the pipe goes? We still have absolutely no idea. In fact, after a day's visit we are no wiser with a lighter wallet. The only solution will be to dig up the whole drive and install a brand new pipe, costing thousands. I'm not happy.

Although ADI services are not cheap, it was money well worth spent - you pay for what you get!

Quick and professional. They were able to send out an engineer the following day after my call. Over the phone, Lauren was very patient, and explained everything I needed to know. The engineer that came out was Artur Sowa who was extremely friendly and professional. He was extremely detailed and eventually traced and fixed the leak. He even gave me some advice on what I should do next to resolve the water damage done, and to prevent any further damage. Definitely would recommend ADI.

Contacted ADI Leak Detection after 3 previous plumbers had been unable to successfully trace exact source of water leak in kitchen.
Christian, who was incredibly helpful and patient, managed late in the day to quote and schedule a call out visit the next day (out of hours - Saturday).

Bloody excellent! We had a mystery of a leaking something. We weren’t sure what. Kristof went through everything and systematically ticked off the possibilities. In the end he figured it out and saved us from tearing up our tile floor.

The two engineers were excellent. Kristof and Darren. They explained exactly what they were planning to do and before we knew, they had made sure the leak was in the same place as believed by the first engineer who came, dug a deep hole, found the leak, repaired it and filled it up and finally made good. We would certainly recommend ADI.

Kristof was very thorough and explained everything to me, showing me a video of the leak recorded using his remote camera. He identified the problem and explained what needed to be done to fix it.

Hamaad was very prompt, friendly and professional. He attended my property to track and trace a leak coming from an upstairs neighbour’s flat.

He was very courteous and knowledgeable, gaining the complete confidence of my neighbour and tracked the leak quickly, giving a clear explanation of the necessary repair.

Hamaad was such a great engineer. he was the 3rd contractor to attend and attempt to locate the leak in my property. 3rd time was the charm. Hammad found the source after conducting a series of checks. after finding the source he then conducted further tests to make sure it wasn’t a combination of issues. Really nice guy, very friendly and communicates his findings accurately. definitely seems to put the customer first which I really appreciated.

The engineer (Robert) was on time and very polite. He carried out the testing of the system expertly and informed me about what he was doing at every stage, he demonstrated great skill and knowledge in his work and with confidence. He located the fault and not long after the system was up and running again, I would have no hesitation in recommending Robert.

Artur was very polite and friendly.

I could hear a leak in the house and realised it was underground. Artur arrived and checked for dampness in the floors internally and externally and all was dry so ascertained the water must be going into the ground.

He quickly found the leak behind the dishwasher and dug access into the floor exposing the copper pipe and water leak. The leak was repaired and Artur cleaned up behind him.

Artur and Gabor were very efficient and friendly. The site is a 40 acre country estate with multiple heritage properties and long runs of aging pipework, so potentially a difficult job. A previous contractor had dug multiple inspection pits without result, but the ADI guys located the leak (which was from a joint a metre underground) in a couple of hours using gas equipment. Excellent work by the ADI guys.

Great service and work from Frank on the day. Identified and fixed the problem very efficiently and quickly. I like the follow up report and photographs.. helpful with insurance! This is perhaps not the best value service for simple plumbing issues..use them if leaks and problems are more challenging to identify.

Water leak at property and attended to by Phil. Kept well informed throughout the process of finding and fixing.
Nothing was too much trouble and advice and standard of job completion could not be faulted.

It was an amazing experience. The gentleman, Paul Hope, was extremely helpful and explained everything in great detail. Very good conversationalist and very trusting and was able to solve the issue very quickly. He was a very good worker and went the extra mile to insure that everything was done properly.

Used ADI for a water leak we suspected was underground just outside our house. James found it was due to water meter and was very helpful explaining next steps on how to sort this with water company. He worked quickly and it barely disrupted our day which I appreciate as I had the children at home. The quotation and appointment were set by Lauren. Both James and Lauren were very professional and efficient which was stark contrast to another company we’d contacted prior.
