Our assessor Rolna was fantastic, really easy to listen to, and everything was explained clearly. Rolna made me feel comfortable and listened to everything I was saying - even when going off on the inevitable tangents.
It's daunting and stressful getting assessed, but Rolna made it a comfortable, and explained the process. The whole process and questions were explained clearly and explained again when needed. There was no judgment and I was very comfortable with the interview.

Once I had my assessment all was explained to me in a very comprehensive and clear report which was easy to understand.

The whole process was simple and clear, made really easy by ADHD Certify process and by Rolna who was great.

My assessment with Shymaa Smith, was very relaxed but professional, she was very kind and I felt listened too.

Sometimes it can be daunting when you go private as you may feel like it’s less real than the NHS. However this is not the case. This company is professional, relevant, reliable, trustworthy and has changed my life in 90 minutes by being heard and recognised and understood. The support they give you along the way is incredible and it doesn’t just stop there, they continue with you as much as you need them to. I can honestly say that I would highly recommend this route to learning more about yourself and getting the professional help and support to lead a better quality of life

Had this assessment myself and joined a family member who went to a very expensive in person assessment elsewhere . Both were equal . I’d recommend using this service . I was seen in 2 weeks and received report in 10 days .

Having had experience of expensive private practices before, I can honestly say that ADHD Certify has been a vastly better experience. They do the exact same proper, full clinical assessment you get at those expensive clinics, but the big difference is how attentive and kind they are. Every single person I have dealt with at the company has been professional, warm, and highly qualified. They really take their time with you and you never feel rushed.
The review is really all about Annisah, though, because she is exceptional. ADHD Certify uses highly specialised pharmacist prescribers, and Annisah is incredibly knowledgeable. She understands the titration process inside out and completely takes care of you the whole way through. She asks all the right questions to make sure you are doing well and adjustments are made safely.
Annisah is an absolute pleasure to talk to, completely non-judgmental, and incredibly patient. I actually look forward to our appointments because of how supported she makes me feel. I would recommend ADHD Certify and Annisah to anyone looking for proper, compassionate care.

Kerri was my ADHD assessor and from the start she made me feel relaxed and at ease as although I realised I needed the assessment I was quite anxious.

Throughout the assessment Kerri made me feel seen and understood my experiences there was no judgment, Kerri listened and when I felt vulnerable she let me know it was okay.

Janine was my ADHD assessor, and I honestly cannot recommend her enough. She made me feel so comfortable from the very beginning, and speaking to her felt incredibly easy and natural.

The way she listened and understood me genuinely made me feel seen. I felt comfortable opening up and talking about things that I may have struggled to explain to other people. She completely changed the way I view myself and my ADHD, and helped me understand things about myself in a much more positive and compassionate way.

Annisah is so incredibly understanding and kind in her approach. Excellent at explaining how ADHD medication works. She is so skilled in talking to a teens about ADHD medication, mental health and emotions. Can not praise her enough.

I checked many websites before settling with ADHD Certify. They obscure the fact there are more costs other than the initial payment. None of the other companies I looked at do this, I have since found other customer reviews who have fallen for their trickery.
Given other customers feedback, they would have changed the website if they wanted to be transparent. But it's clear they rely on that confusion to make sales. I would not recommend this company.

My 5 year old son had an appointment with Rolna yesterday. My son has struggled for a long time from nursery and it was being recognized at school - who told us it would be worth going for an ADHD assessment. We tried the right to choose with only one option in our area, so we looked very deep into different private ADHD practices and came across ADHD certify. We really went into depth with our search and decided we felt ADHD Certify would suit us best (plus they had a discount on for £100 off bonus!)
As a mum I was very nervous, but Rolna made me at ease, she also made my son Archie at ease, explaining to him exactly what she was going to do and if he needed breaks or felt he had to move around it was okay to do so. Archie was not able to sit still through the assessment, but Rolna included Archie in the assessment as much as she could while asking me questions, I find Archie sometimes struggles with understanding questions so it made me feel I was able to explain to Rolna the full extent of each question but also having Archie’s input as much as she could get it.
Rolna was very thorough with the assessment ensuring she knew everything that was needed for the outcome.
At the end of the video call Rolna was able to tell us that our son scored for combined ADHD. Of course no parent wants their child to have a diagnosis but it put our minds at ease that we will be able to get Archie the help and assistance he needs for school and at home and to help us understand him more. During our video call I did have a moment where I became emotional, Rolna was very accommodating. Rolna at the end of the video call very kindly said some kind words to me, which I so needed and I am so grateful for.

I met with Janine. Wait time for appointment was quick. Janine had read all the information beforehand and had a very good understanding of me before the appointment. The appointment felt more like a chat, which made me feel at ease. The report was perfect and recommendations for my employer were spot on! Thank you Janine.
