Horrible! Taking people's hard earned money
Horrible!! They took my $150 processing fee. The next day I get this, You do not qualify to use Adesso360's portal because you:

If you believe you still qualify for the FFCRA tax credits, we recommend contacting your accountant or financial advisor.
If I was missing a document, why not tell me before taking my money? This is a scam!!

We’re sorry to hear you had a poor experience with Adesso360. Our portal is designed to assist self-employed individuals claim FFCRA tax credits from the IRS with speed and ease using the criteria determined by the IRS. We make sure to note within our portal, prior to any payment, that in order to qualify for FFCRA tax credits with the IRS you must have filed a Schedule SE (the missing document in question). This is specifically called out in question 2 of our eligibility quiz, within our FAQs, and is written throughout Steps 1 and 4 within the portal. If, after this guidance, you choose to proceed through the process without having filed a Schedule SE, the IRS will reject your application after verifying you did not file the necessary document. The $150 verification fee covers the hard cost paid by Adesso upfront to to pull your transcripts for self-employment verification and therefore cannot be refunded.

I don't where this company came from…
I don't where this company came from and why the Professional Beauty Federation collaborated with them but my experience has been horrible! Had to go through loops to talk to someone on the phone.
I've gotten several email responses from at least 5 people working on my taxes specifically, mind you, there are no last names or contact info on the emails like a regular email. They've asked for information I've provided more than 1x. The amount of my refund has changed several times and when I finally spoke to someone, she did not know what she was talking about and had to have I believe someone else to call me. When I reviewed my "completed" tax documents, that I downloaded(wasn't showing when asked to review and sign), there's 2 bank accounts for direct deposit and 1 isn't mine. When I inquired nobody responded as of yet and that was over 2 weeks ago. They did not have a phone number you could call. And there's more, but don't have time to write. I just need to know for the 100th time is this a scam

Great Experience & Website
Made receiving my FFCRA tax credit much easier. I’ve even recommended it to a few colleagues. The website is user friendly and their customer support was prompt to respond to my emails. All in all, great experience!
