Very helpful with how to sign up to online and with delayed orders due to overseas shipment issues. Found the experience so far very positive.

Very appreciated service for our company.

The website is amazing, clear and convenient & orders come in extremely quickly.

We do order negatively stocked items quite regularly, therefore put onto back order. though still delivered to office in great timing.

Labelling

Unfortunately, the boxes of paper that I ordered were not marked as belonging to my Department and therefore were picked up by someone else in the Company. :(

1st order placed and wrong product…

1st order placed and wrong product supplied, no invoice or cart note with order. Wrong product collected however the right item has still not been supplied.

2 x units ordered of binding covers but only 1 supplied, no record that the other was on back order

Generally a good service.

I have been using ADS for many years now and love their service, generally. I recently, by accident, ordered the incorrect ink for my printer. I was a little shocked that I had to pay $12 restocking fee. Also, the returns online didn't work as the product I ordered was marked for b/o. Emma in customer care was great; she got it sorted, and the cartridges have been collected. There was a fair bit of confusion to start but we got there and hopefully I will receive a credit.
I prefer to use ADS than one of the other stores, but I do struggle to find a few things that I need to order. They do try to source if they can, and pricing is usually pretty good. The website has got better over the years but is still pretty limited on information and details on the products and a few more photos would be good. I do like the free delivery and free lollies. So, I guess that's why I had to pay to return something.

Thankyou for your review.The admin charge we levy is for goods incorrectly ordered and is to cover some of our admin overheads.For example the admin fee goes towards collecting of goods on a clients behalf if in our delivery realm-restock our shelves and associated paperwork in issuing a credit In some cases we have to return goods to the supplier if we do not stock them and we also incur restocking fees and freight fees back.The fee is not levied if goods are faulty of our error In this case we had the goods shipped directly from Epson for you to expedite your order so we will cover the costs to freight them back and pay their restocking fees which is more than the admin charge but we wear it as a company.In regards to the return it was delayed as the incorrect invoice number was quoted-but we fixed that happily.But thankyou for the positive feedback about Emma and the lollies.A lot of work is being invested behind the scenes to further enhance features on the website.Thankyou for being a loyal client :)
