Rude and Unprofessional
The managing director of this company is one of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune to speak to - I was trying to explain the drainage issues over the phone was interrupted numerous times by him telling me 'not their problem' before I could even finish what I was saying. He then hung up on me when I asked him to let me finish - what a lovely man..... Definitely do not recommend!
