Cowboys!

I ordered full fibre through EE in June 25. JN Civils Ltd carried out the groundwork installation as a sub-contractor for BT Openreach. They told EE that they had completed the installation, when they had in fact disappeared from my property leaving barriers, concrete bits, a rubber mat and damage to my paving....and no fibre! It took until mid-September for the fibre installation but, having complained about the damage to BT Openreach in October, I'm still waiting for JN Civils / BT to repair the damage to my paving. Over 50 emails and 7 months later, together with a couple of site visits, it would appear that this work is beyond their capability.
