Very disappointing experience.
I ordered a sofa from Ada Wonen in Capelle and paid €1,000 in advance. After waiting 8 weeks with no update, I called them myself, only to be told that they could not deliver the sofa because the third-party manufacturer had gone bankrupt.
What made this worse was that my money was not refunded automatically. I had to chase Ada Wonen for four weeks before I finally got my €1,000 back. There was no proactive communication, no apology, and no sense of responsibility for the inconvenience caused.
I understand that suppliers can fail, but customers should not suffer because of it. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from Ada Wonen.
