Poor communication - Public comments shouldn't be the only way to get a response
I ordered a bed and a sofa from Decorwonen after being assured multiple times that delivery would be smooth. Unfortunately, only the bed was delivered, and the delivery company completely stopped responding to my phone calls.
I was forced to write public comments on their Instagram just to get an update. Miraculously, as soon as I posted publicly, my sofa was delivered that same night. However, instead of apologizing for the silence, the company became defensive and passive-aggressive about my public feedback and then deleted all my comments to hide the issue.
The furniture is fine, but the customer service is unprofessional. You shouldn't have to chase a company on social media just to get the items you already paid for.

Huge Scam, avoid it all costs!
This company is a huge scam! I bought a wardrobe in April arrived 5 months after my order and dealing with this company has been a disaster from day one! Wardrobe arrived with scratches, they damaged my wall during installation, doors stopped working in a month due to missing pieces, and after a failed “repair,” they left a door leaning against my window for TWO MONTHS!
Now, after daily numerous calls, endless complaints they finally came and the door fell off AGAIN just one day after the last repair!!!! The wardrobe is bent, scratched, misaligned, and completely unusable. Leandro, who is supposedly the responsible for these complaints, won’t even return my calls and I call these guys 4 times a day, no one bothers to return my calls and find a solution to fix this!! Avoid this company at all costs!! Save your time, effort and money!!
Worst shopping experience
Worst shopping experience, they have no service for costumers. Recently bought 6 items in the store, but when I got home I noticed some of them did not fit in my room. Went back to the store a couple of days later to return 4 of the items. They replied with "we have no return policy".
the items cost a lot of money. I still had the price tags on them and also did not damage them in any way. They don't care about the costumers... they don't even come with a different solution, like you can get a giftcard or trade it for something else... Also called and emailed the main office, but got the same reply. Also they said I signed for the no return policy, but I never signed anything. It's a very selfish store, that would do nothing for the costumers. Nowhere do they say anything about the no return policy, they say it's your own risk and fault. Never buying in this store again. I bought lots of things from this store before this happened. but with this kind of costumer service, In my eyes they are just selfish and thiefs. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE!

Please note that the sofa set delivered to us is Not New set. New set ordered was supposed to be 3.83meters long. And the showroom model which was 4.2meters long is received. The fabric is found dusty/ dis-colored and needs replacement.
Go there at your own risk
Go there at your own risk. I wonder how they have got 4.3 ratings on Google. If you got o the store the store guys would treat you very well and make all sorts of false promises about delivery until you sign the purchase agreement. Once that is done they don’t know you. Initially they will tell you that product delivery takes 8-12 weeks but on the purchase agreement they will write in very tiny font that it could go up to 26 weeks. That is actually their delivery date “26 weeks”. You can keep on calling them , message them, they will keep on lying but your product won’t be delivered in agreed timeline of 8-12 weeks. At some point they will also stop responding to you. If it’s up to me I will give then negative stars

Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service! Ordered a couch months ago which never came, and there has been no refund whatsoever. I’m €1500 out of pocket with no couch and no date as to when I will receive my money. Do not order from them!!
Worst customer service
I was told my order would take 8 to 12 weeks to be delivered. Instead, it took 18 weeks for one item and one item was just never delivered. To make things worse, I have sent numerous messages and attempted to phone on a daily basis. No answer. Worst customer service I have ever had.
No support for damaged products
Very nice service in the shop but a lot of false promises. Unfortunately we have problems with the delivered bed and couch.
The bed seems to be poor quality because the frame makes a lot of noise after the first week and it gets worse and worse with time.
The couch was assembled wrong by the factory (lounge part on the opposite side) and it got damaged during the delivery and assembling by DecorWonen delivery men. The fabric of our couch is broken because of nails sticking out (factory fault), the wooden layer of the storage unit has a break/hole, and the couch makes a weird sound when sitting down.
I have been waiting and calling over the past 1,5 months. Every time the customer service and store tell me it's being dealt with but nothing happens.

we are extra from germany and we bought the living room (4500€) from you. it took several months at the beginning until you delivered. After 16 months they broke and your guarantee is one year. The quality is beyond bad! I do not recommend you! because your quality and support is very bad.
