This company is awful

This company is awful. My Bipap machine broke 2+ months ago and I'm still waiting on a replacement machine. They've been giving me the runaround and won't do anything to resolve this issue. Even worse, they never offered me a temporary replacement until I receive a new one. My severe sleep apnea is really impressed. If you have any other options to get sleep apnea equipment, I would highly recommend using them. Adapt Health is a disgrace to their profession.

This is awful…

The website I was sent to to setup was so difficult , took me and my husband some time to figure out. None of the invoices match what I’m being charged. I feel like I’m constantly being charged something when I haven’t done anything. These are charges other than my cpap rental.
Their customer service is awful, I don’t know how they got all these good reviews. I’ve emailed, takes weeks at times to get a reply and even then the question isn’t answered. They just throw an invoice at you or use a prompt and then the ticket is closed . This service feels like a scam.

No details on charges

I have been getting auto pay charges to my credit card however I have never received any invoices for any of thge chartges. I went to their website and they show invoice history but no details pertaining to the charges.

My New ResMed CPAP Machine…

I picked up my new ResMed CPAP Machine at McFarland Medical in Jefferson City TN
The location is only 5 minutes from home so that makes it very convenient for me to pick up my supplies.
The Technician explained everything about my CPAP Machine very well. She answered all of my questions.
The Mask my DR recommended didn't work well for me. So, she let me try a different one which worked much better. The entire process was excellent.

Everyone that came to me in hospital…

Everyone that came to me in hospital and at home was professional. All the nurses were kind and knew just what to do/ they were in and out quickly. The nurses and Dr. who talked to me over the internet were great. Thank s for all the help. Helen Lepore

Impressive service

The gentleman that came here with the CPap was very knowledgeable and helpful. Showed me everything about the machine and answered my questions. The guy was great.

Crystal Gets More Than 5 Stars

Crystal knew just what to do with Ronnie’s Respiratory machine. You are so lucky to have her. She was nice and sympathetic to Ronnie’s needs and did all she could to give him better comfort and help him to breathe better. We appreciate so much her coming out on a Sunday to help us. We thank God everyday for the wonderful people at Hobbs and hope you know we care about all of you too.
