DO NOT PURCHASE! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

These guys doesn't know how to do the proper calligraphy. I order a mat which had the wrong calligraphy written. I asked them to either exchange the product or refund. Their response was that this is a minor error (which is not right) and they aren't refunding or replacing the product. My time and money both wasted. I can't give that as a gift knowing that it has the wrong calligraphy written on it. I have attached the pictures.
