Whatever you do, DO NOT buy from this company. They are crooks. Don’t take my word for it, read the other reviews. I ordered and obviously paid for a sweater on 10th May. Still waiting. Various excuses, when you can a reply. Don’t bother phoning, always an answerphone.

Absolute scam.

Absolute scam. I ordered 3 t shirts ten days ago now and have heard nothing. Have attempted to contact via email, social media and replies either bounce back or I get an automated response.
When I try to log into my account it says I need to change my password for 'security update reasons' but then won't let me click the ok button to change it.
The company took my money quick enough, but clearly they have no intention of dispatching any order.
Clearly a bogus company, I can't believe they are still allowed to 'trade' online. Order number S394663 if anyone for the company reads these reviews and wants to check this.
Terrible customer service and incredibly evasive.

If there was a 0 on here, this company would get it!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Absolutely rubbish! Upto 10 days delivery...Rubbish! Been waiting 4 weeks and still no delivery. They said their system was down. Tried several emails no reply.
Would definitely not recommend this company.

Ordered items June 3rd I had communication after 3 weeks saying out of stock… now ignoring emails and still no goods 14th July
Now in process of bank issuing refunds

Ordered on 7.6.26 and item still not arrived. Unable to contact them to chase order as emails bounce back.

If I could give less star's I would terrible company take your money give you an order number and then no items turned up you email the company only to be told sorry we was sold out but now the item is now in stock and will be send out to you only still waiting and now all emails and being ignored so report to citizens advice who passed it on to trading standards and now been InTouch with my bank to try and get the money refunded to my bank account this company is a total and utter rip off they should be shut down nothing but a scam

Avoid using at all costs. Missed the lead time and I requested to cancel. Still wanted to deduct 20% and had to fight to avoid this. Refund agreed then items sent anyway followed by radio silence. Ended up raising a PayPal dispute to get my money back so 2 months being out of pocket.

This is an update on my last 2 reviews.
Got in touch with my bank The Cooperative Bank, explained the whole situation of not receiving goods or refund and asked them to
do a charge back. After explain the whole situation to them about not receiving goods or a refund they sent me a form to fill in online. Very simple and easy, the only thing they required attaching to the form was proof the Company had said they were refunding me which I had. Submitted the form and had a email 2 days later from the bank to say they ( the Bank) had charged the company's bank account back and my money was back in my account.
Activewear now have 30 days to contest the charge back with a good reason for doing do. But they have no excuse whatsoever.
So anyone else in this situation, if it's 15 days since you received nothing get in touch with your bank. You actually have 120 days from dealing with this company to claim either a charge back if you used a debit card or an S75 if a credit card.
Don't let this scamming company get away with your hard earned money.
THEY have actually been dissolved twice and just set up again with Companies house scamming again. Unbelievable

Unfortunately, I am unable to give no stars or a negative rating. I ordered a pair of trousers over a month ago and received an initial email thanking me for my order and saying they would be in touch. Since then, I have sent multiple emails asking where my order has gone and subsequently, asking for a refund. Apart from one automated reply saying they would contact me within 1-3 working days, I have had absolutely no communication. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered one summer hat for my son two months ago. When I didn't hear anything after two weeks I contacted them. They told me that there had been a huge cyber fraud issue they were dealing with and my hat would be on the way soon. A month later still no hat and they have stopped replying to me

Absolute scam. Haven't received my item I ordered months ago. They respond to messages but it's all excuses to delay.

No goods. After several contacts with this company no goods and no refund. I had to claim my money back through PayPal. Would not use again

Apparently they were out of stock of one of my items. I only found out after emailing them. Got told now in stock and would be with me shortly. Never heard another word from them and never received my order. Over a month later I emailed again and still never got a reply. Contracted PayPal in the end for a refund, which they honoured. I've still not heard from Ativewear. I would certainly not recommend them. Customer service is nonexistent. Probably a scam company.

Very disappointing. Ordered items on 5.6.26 which was acknowledged and paid for but no sign of ordered goods and cannot contact them by telephone and their online contact does not work. Customer service clearly does not exist

Awful company. I ordered over £100 worth of hoodies in May, 2 months later I’ve not had them I’ve requested a refund and not had that either! STAY WELL AWAY!!

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before placing an order as now realise the website appears to be a scam site as even the payment page looked different to other websites and no email received from 31 May when I ordered and no email received and no delivery, you cannot submit anything on the online form as the submit button just spins and it also states if you email you will get an auto reply so I will attempt a charge back. Do not order anything ! sounds like so many of us are getting scammed.

Order placed on 20th May chased and chased on 5th June I was told my order had been ‘expedited’ not sure how they define that but nothing - no delivery details nothing! Scam company - wish I’d read the reviews before I handed over money.

My order was never delivered and despite several e-mails and attempts to contact them they never replied so I had to go to my bank to get a refund. Don't go anywhere near this company ass you will never get what you paid for and you can't speak to anyone on the phone! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This website is a scam, DO NOT BE TAKEN with there lies relating to stories of card scams and suppliers problems
