Great product, I suffered really badly with tummy cramps when approx 2-3km into every run.. I would be doubled over in pain it was so bad.. since using active root that has considerably subsided and most of the time I now don't get any symptoms at all. Drink before I go out and carry a small bottle with me for longer runs. I use this as my only sports drink now for cycling as well

Absolutely love Active Root products. I specially use their electrolytes which taste superb and the ginger sachets for fuelling and hydrating on long runs. It's the only one that tastes great and my stomach can take!

I rarely use sports gels or drinks because they upset my tummy - but this was a delight. I ran 50km ultra, taking 4, and a 10km Spartan race using 2 and no stomach issues at all! They tasted great, mixed easily in my water - highly recommend.

Arrived on schedule. Tried the original and rhubarb on race trial run and loved them, sustainable packaging, easy to tear, no stickiness to hands and not sharp on the insides of my mouth as I have found with other brands, the flavours are great, texture easy to swallow and digest.
