Excellent staff
Jerrome is a real credit to ACT. He called me to keep me updated and has been nothing but helpful and supportive of me and how we can proceed moving forward. Incompetence or just ill-informed?
Received a letter from them threatening legal action, despite having agreement in place to pay, and never missing a payment. Maybe they just don't understand the Law.
