As a mortgage broker you cannot but be afraid that once your loan is placed at a Lender, the terms of the product would get changed, the communications with the Rep would go deaf, the underwriter or the appraisal reviewer would come up with unexpected conditions. Let me tell you, it was not the case with Acra Lending, contrary, I found a Rep that cares for your case and honor her promises, a diligent account manager that serves and answers any question with kindness, an Operations that follow up seeking for our interests with reminders and an aligned effort to clear a file. I loved the experience, and I look forward to the next one.

As a broker, please go away. I submitted four loans. It is more than a month on weekly responding time, wasting time and money, and they do not even transfer appraisal out.

Tracy is amazing and we will only use Acra for non-QM loans because of her. The whole Acra team worked together to get our most recent transaction closed quickly, even after it required an unexpected restrucure (not due to anything on Acra's side) midstream.
