Best I've seen

After visiting a lot of flats, those of Acquire Living were the most clean and comfortable. The agency is very helpful and attentive.

No stress flat share.

Acquire living found a flat for my husband and I to flat share and it has been brilliant! Viewing the flats was organised, we viewed 4 properties in the end and found a perfect place for us to finally settle in London. Thank you for making what can be very stressful an easy process! The flat share has worked a treat. I will definitely use acquire again and wished that other estate agents were as straight forward as this one.

Transparent and reliable agent, recommend highly!

I was very apprehensive when it came to finding the right estate agent to represent and manage my three properties. I have struggled with some in the past but have finally found the right agent Aaron who is trustworthy, transparent and professional. From start to finish, I found the staff at Acquire were very well informed, they were very honest from the beginning. They have found very reliable tenants for my properties that I am very happy with. My rent is paid on time and I have not had any vacant periods between tenancies which is great for me. The transition of tenants have been seamless and I have had very positive feedback from my tenants that the process is easy and smooth for them. It works both ways! for both me as a landlord and for them as tenants. The stress of being a landlord is removed and I can relax knowing that my properties are being cared for. Thank you Acquire for your attentiveness and professionalism in dealing with all aspects of managing my properties.

The customer service is awfulbad

The customer service is awful. I’m not sure what kind of business this company runs but I would stay well away! I get the strong vibes of a scam or just a property management company run by incompetent bafoons. I’d rather whip my bum with my money than spend it with them

Thank you for your reply. In order for us to address your concern, could you please let us know the specific reasons why you are not happy for example on what occasion you interacted with us, what properties you want to mention or what services you find unsatisfactory.

We have checked our user list including our current tenants, those who signed up to view our properties and those who contacted us to query about our properties. We cannot find your name or record so it would be helpful if you can be more specific. Otherwise, we are afraid that your comment is really unfair and unless we hear back from you for the next few days we would report your comment to Trustpilot as a scam.

I confirm that it is large double…

I confirm that it is large double room, but with few furnitures, just bed and wardrobe. 1 bathroom ok, the second one not enough.
Nice kitchen connected with the living room. nice indoor terrace,
But at the end for awhile not suited for myself.

he was very available to explain, prepared to give all the answers, when I finished the view I had no more questions, after his explanation there was no need of neinte, I would have liked to take it immediately if it was possible.

Shame on you!

Totally unprofessional. We organized a viewing and subsequently received the official e-mail from your official address where you congratulated yourself with us on being chosen for that room. We immediately got in touch with the "director of the agency" - which by the way is also very rude and unprofessional - that PERSONALLY told us on the phone and later via email from his personal address with his personal signature that we were the ones chosen and that we could have moved in also the next day, we just had to pay the £ 1,200 deposit via bank transfer. We did it the same evening as soon as we got back from work and no one contacted us. The next day, worried, we called to know if it had been received and this "director" informed us without too much courtesy that they had finally decided to give the room to another couple! One day later! He justified himself by saying that he gave them the room because they also made the transfer like us! As if this were a serious way to work, to make more people believe at the same time to have obtained a room and take the security deposit on both sides and not even inform the unfortunates who have paid the money. SHAME ON YOU! And this is their way of working! What's more, on the phone this guy promised us that he would return the money instantly but he never did. We had to run in person to the agency to tell him to return the money immediately or we would have called the police. These people play with people's money, time and patience! There is no trust, they are not HONEST and they are not PROFESSIONAL. AVOID.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand it must have been stressful for you in this situation and we are truly sorry for this. With our 15 year plus of experience in letting properties, we have catered accommodation for thousands of tenants but we must have missed the mark in your case.

We have reviewed the whole situation to get the background of what happened. We made you the offer to rent one of our rooms on the 22nd of October with the 2 day deadline for you to send in the deposit for the room. At the same time, our team member also called and emailed you to confirm our offer as you mentioned in your comment. Your deposit reached our account on 24th October. When you called us on the 24th October, you were informed that the room was given to another person and that we would refund your deposit immediately. The refund reached your account on the same day of 24th October.

We have automated system to send out offers to prospective tenants and if the selected tenants haven’t responded within the deadline the system will automatically send out offer to the next person in the waiting list. However, there is clearly a technology glitch with our system in your case and there was a mistake of sending out an offer to another candidate before the offer we made to you expired first. There hasn’t been any similar issue since we started to use this technology but for some reasons the glitch just happened last week. We have spent the last few days fixing this issue to make sure this won’t happen again to anybody.

Again, we do appologize as this technology problem clearly resulted in a lot of distress for you. We hope you won’t have much trouble finding another place to rent or if you would like to rent another room of ours, please be assured that this problem will not occur again.

Viewing of Granard Road's house - great!

Hello, I was part of the Granard Road's viewing last Tuesday 11th. I wanted to let you know that the visit was well organised. We had time to go around each and every room and ask questions. Plus, after the explanations we were able again to walk around the house, to take pictures and ask any additional questions we had. The application form was sent to us that same moment and the process is quite straightforward thanks to Aaron and Acquire Living.

Viewing in clapham south

Aaron was very helpful during the viewing of the property, even though heaps of people showed up. The house was newly renovated and ready to move in. The social aspect of partnering up with acquire living seems like a big plus to me!
