It was a very good viewing. I was allowed to check all the rooms for 2 different flats one next to the other one. Prices are great for the area and for the house.

My viewing experience was amazing! The rooms and the property were in an excellent state, and the landlord was on time and he was really willing to show us the place. Also - huge bonus - the online viewing booking system!

Lovely team and excellent service
Lovely team and excellent service! I booked to view one property and managed to see two others in the same day! Met the landlord also which was really nice, he had a positive relationship with all the tenants that I met and came across as a very genuine, honest person. Would recommend!

Suspect council property being sublet.
Agent wasn’t there. Seemed to me like it was a council property which was trying to be subletted. All blinds fully closed, so was very dark during the viewing. It was a supposed “tenant” who shown us around although I seemed to have the impression he just lived there as he had photos of his wife and kids in every room. There was baby bath equipment in the the main bedroom, even though he stated no kids live in the property and it had stickers on the walls of every bedroom. Even down to the “tenant” showing us around, mentioning his “bedroom” but it only had a desk there. Just didn’t seem right to me.

This house is a new built town house within the Kidbrooke Village New Home Development by Berkeley Group (https://www.berkeleygroup.co.uk/developments/london/greenwich/kidbrooke-village) . Hence, this is definitely not a council property. The current owner is living abroad with his family so when he moved he may still leave some of his personal items behind (photos, baby bath...) but we are happy for the tenants to move them away if they want. Acquire Living provides our services in finding tenants for the house but we encourage the current tenants to meet those who view the house and participate in the selection process as after all they will become housemates. Again we are sorry that you don't feel this property is the right one for you and we hope you have better luck in finding another one.

Room for improvement
Acquire Living offer great properties, and the experience with arranging a viewing was great. Communication up to and during the viewing was good; however, I'm not the biggest fan of the automated reservation process. I would have liked to have been notified that my application for making a reservation hadn't been selected. If I hadn't checked the status of the letting on their website, I could have missed my second property choice. Considering how tight my schedule was, I found it pretty unprofessional.

I have been very impressed with Aquire living. Aaron and the team have thoughtfully developed high quality but cost effective shared living spaces, the rooms are great and the all inclusive bills and services takes the hassle out of renting. I was particularly impressed with the speedy upgrade to the WiFi when we were having problems with coverage.
