We regret your review. We are happy that you received a genuine Allergan product.
Our technical department will contact you.
It is important to know that the original Botox has only a small portion of very concentrated (almost invisible) freeze-dried powder at the bottom of the vial.. This guarantees that the product is original.
We will always be here to help you.

We are happy that you receive an original product with all the manufacturer's security seals. It is important to know that we ship our products refrigerated with dry ice and foam ice. The ice lasts approximately 60 hours and keeps the product at temperatures between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius. After this period, the temperature gradually drops. According to the product manufacturer's manual of good pharmaceutical transport practices, it can stay up to 6 days at temperatures ranging from 2 to 25 degrees Celsius, guaranteeing 100% product effectiveness. We regret that we were unable to meet your expectations and we are always here to receive suggestions and improve our processes.

We regret this experience. You are a special customer for our company. There are more than 25 orders delivered correctly.
We always communicate quickly with our customers and resolve any errors. Your case was no different. We corrected the error and sent you another product, but as an error occurred for the second time, we had to open an internal ticket to assess what happened to your order.
