FYI after escalating to the c-level at their headquarters, this was resolved correctly, but the end result is that I left their service after just a year because of mishandling of my pretty straight forward autonomo tax handling.

Was great when I started a year ago as autonomo, but since they were acquired, it seems like they are under staffed. They have changed my account manager three times, and the current account manager I have is unresponsive. I believe he means well, but he's so unresponsive that despite that I provided my documents in time for quarterly filing, he filed an extention on my behalf and without my permission, which costs me interest fees, and he didn't even notify me that he did it. I found out because Agencia Tributaria sent me a notice in the mail. Really bad.

On top of that, I went to do the declaration de la renta with them, and no response for three weeks despite that I've followed up asking if I can count on them FOUR TIMES.

No one answers the central phone either. Completely unreliable. I asked to cancel and it took a week before they took action on it and only after I escalated by reaching out to a senior exec on linkedin.

I asked them to change my bank account to the social security.
They told me they did it, but the social security never registered the change.
I lost 1500 euros because of this mistake, with Acompany claiming that it's the social security fault, and the social security claiming that it's Acompany's fault. In the end, I'm the one losing the money.
Acompany hasn't been helpful at all with dealing with this matter, and very unprofessional.
I wouldn't recommend using them, as they seem to take no responsibility in case of error.

I found this company a few months ago. They are absolutely superb for autonomos (self employed) in Spain. I had some issues and they sorted them out very very quickly. Professional, friendly, efficient, and affordable. Give them a chance, you will be glad you did.
