Amazing Experience selling my Audi RSQ8 to Richard, seem less, price agreed, delivered to them and even picked up a great Mercedes AMG as a new daily as spend lots of time in Spain now.

The sales team and business manager are so on point.

I have been searching for a particular brand and model of car for a few years now and being quite a rare car finding the right one, with the right options, the right colour combo , the right wheels etc and the very low mileage is nigh on impossible! Up steps Acklam cars and Jo and all of a sudden I have purchased that desired dream car at an even better price than advertised …….(Which knocked the spots off all the competition!)…. Jo also agreed to hold the car and remove it from all their listings for a couple of weeks while I secured my funds, something most dealers would never do! There was no pressure selling , no usual sales pitch to get you to sign on the dotted line, nothing …..their stock literally sells itself, they’ve taken everything to another level! The level of attention to detail with all their cars is second to none, something I’m very particular about, so asking Jo lots of questions and then asking them again never fazed him, he was always willing to speak with me. All of this in a very calm, relaxed manner making the whole process of purchasing from Acklam cars a very smooth, enjoyable and exciting one. I have watched many videos over the years of Jo , Liam and the gang and to now be part of that is truly special. I have also spoken with Liam and he , like Jo, sets an incredible standard with everything he does…..they are perfectionists when it comes to their product and their customers needs. These guys really are exceptional at what they do. I could not speak any higher of this establishment and I thank them all for making a dream come true. I wish them all continued success in the future as they all work so hard at what they do.

Wow, I’ve dealt with many Car dealerships over the years with some very famous names in the industry but I’ve got to say the Service I received today from Acklam cars was above and beyond, these guys can’t do enough no hard sales in fact I even give Richard from sales a bit of a runaround and he still went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met . I also got the opportunity to meet the managing director and the rest of the staff at Acklam who are all very polite and very professional. These guys certainly know what they’re doing and I’d like to thank Richard for all of his help and professionalism. The presentation of the Vehicle was spot on with a beautiful bunch of flowers for my other half.

The service from the Aklam Team was excellent, from my initial discussion with Liam on New Years Day, when I expected everyone to be chilling and not working, he was proactive in securing me a part exchange deal on my new car. Thereafter John was efficient in sorting out all the admin side of things, and after driving the car home and discovering a few minor faults that hadn't been picked up on collection, Claire in the after sales team has been so helpful and supportive getting everything all sorted out for me. A great service all round. 😊

Liam was extremely professional, very helpful and made the whole process hassle and stress free. The vehicle was as described and prepared to the highest standard. I completely understand why these guys are rated the best! Definitely be returning.

I had an amazing experience with Acklam Cars and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. I drove all the way from Birmingham to Middlesbrough to collect my Defender, and it was 100% worth it.
I’d put down a deposit a couple of days before, and Joe was absolutely brilliant from the start. He answered all my questions over WhatsApp and phone calls, explained the finance options clearly, and was always quick to respond. Nothing ever felt rushed or pushy, which I really appreciated.

When I arrived on the day, the car was ready and waiting for me in the showroom, complete with flowers, which was such a lovely touch. Joe’s colleague took the time to walk me through all the features of the car, and I was able to do a test drive too, which made me feel really confident in my decision.

After that, John helped me with all the paperwork. He carefully went through everything, explained each part clearly, and patiently answered my last minute questions. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress free.

Everyone I dealt with was genuinely lovely, kind, and patient throughout. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I am absolutely thrilled with my car and the whole experience. Thank you to the entire Acklam Cars team!
