The transparency and ease of approval…

The transparency and ease of approval and purchase make this a top choices.

Most lease or pay over time companies are known for being dishonest breath of fresh air for how great acima is. I also signed up for the credit card do the amazing experience with the leasing program.

I suggest you all include any pending…

I suggest you all include any pending or processing payments in the payoff amount that day, or the purchase amount. I logged into the app to pay the tires off and thought I did so in time, however I was contacted 2 months later saying I had a balance and the lease was not paid, this caused me frustration. It was very difficult trying to explain to the chat box and people out of the country that I was done paying for them and my lease should be done.

The worst experience !

The worst experience !! Do yourself a favor go with another company !! I paid off my balance and they still charge me an extra rent !! Run from them !!! If I could’ve given them a negative zero I would .they ask you to call when you call they give you the run around they do not help you or willing to fix it

Fantastic experience!

The flexibility that Ácima offers makes major purchases feel realistic and accessible for anyone. It’s refreshing to work with an ethical company that’s willing to work with you, not against you. Run the other way from this company

Run the other way from this company. I bought a rocker recliner from Ashley Furniture and they put it through Acima leasing. The 1st chair they sent to me was broken. The 2nd chair broke within 3 weeks. I called Ashley and told them I wanted a refund and they can pick the chair up. Which they came a got the chair. Now Acima wants to keep my money and only refund me less 1/2 of what I paid to them. So they get to keep the refund from Ashley and 1/2 of my money. Even though I talked with five to six people from Acima and they all said I would be getting a full refund. I will not deal with Ashley furniture or Acima ever again.

I purchased furniture from Mike’s…

I purchased furniture from Mike’s Furniture and used Acima as the leasing company. Unfortunately, my experience with Acima was very stressful and disappointing. They add a large amount of extra cost and interest throughout the payment process, which can become overwhelming, especially in today’s economy.

What frustrated me most was the short payoff window. They only give you about three months to pay off the lease early. If you are unable to do so, they reset the lease terms and add back a significant amount of money, even after you’ve already made payments. On top of that, they require an additional fee of around $100 plus the remaining balance to complete the payoff process.

My husband and I felt that the payment structure and strict deadlines were more stressful than dealing with a traditional credit company. While the furniture itself was fine, our experience with the leasing company was negative enough that we will not use Acima again in the future.

I would strongly encourage customers to carefully read and fully understand the lease terms before signing.

This company is a rip off

The whole reason I set up for this account was to make payments to pay off my bill of $1100.00. (For car repairs)I did not know they were gonna charge me $1500.00 extra to use this account. They say you could pay it off early, but the whole reason to make payments is because you don’t have the money to start out with. If you can’t make a payoff payment, you are stuck with a $1500 extra bill for this company. I ended up paying them $2600.00 for an $1100.00 bill. I advise people not to use this company, unless you have money. But if you have money, you don’t really need to use this account, do you? This company is a rip off and the phone customer service was rude to me and hung up on me in the middle of our conversation. Will never use this company again.

Fully paid off my loan several days…

Fully paid off my loan several days before the next payment date. Conveniently, it took over a week to process so they went ahead and charged me 295$ for something I'd already paid off, with vague threats to recollect if I didn't make a payment I did not own them. They would not negotiate, my credit is i.portant to me so I paid.

Never again.

Inadequate Service

The very first Representative that my Mom had was very unpleasant and unprofessional. He didn’t care about her or the situation at all. The fact that she was an elderly woman whom never understood what her process was all about. He never cared that she had no idea what was happening. The Representative just took it upon himself to move her process forward with no intention of being justified by her decision. I will never let her acquire any other property from this company. I believe that they’re not considered to elderly people. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else.
