I'm 4 years in with Acer now and they've never missed a beat. I get all my regular meds via their free delivery service and it works really well.

This is my second review,the service from Acer is fantastic,so are the staff who go out of there way to be helpful,the delivery is wonderful,I can't recommend this company enough,when you aren't well and relay on regular medication this is the pharmacy to use, thanks to you all

by mistake my district nurse put a prescription in to acer pharmacy, I knew I would have problems with them as I've had dealings with them before, they never deliver on the day and come up with the same excuse, you were not in( RUBBISH) they never tell you if you will get your full prescription,put a prescription in with them at your PERIL as you will be waiting days in for it to be delivered

So once ordered and paid for my item it has an option to create an account so i did, however there there is nowhere on their website to log in, only had one communication with the pharmacist, the lower strength sleep aid i had ordered was out of stock and they asked if the high strength was okay and in this email was a link to message back, I replied yes thank you, after that nothing, the link to message now goes to page not found, says shipped but no tracking number, I sent 2 emails with no response, i don’t think I’m getting my order.

If o could give lower than a 1 star I would this is such a long story ad there had been numerous problems I can’t believe they ate allowed to run a pharmacy like this it’s disgusting they promise to deliver on a certain day that never happens but the promise is every time I need my medication as I says it does not happen my blister pack isn’t right short of of tablet and too many of another in another compartment the list goes on I can’t get out at the moment I’m on my own trying to phone them this morning as I’m missing some medication which was delivered yesterday but should of been delivered Wednesday but they are not answering they said they would deliver this missing medication last night but they didn’t I have to speak as I find and also speak the truth these people are liars they should not be doing this responsible job and if they want to challenge me on anything I have put in this review then they are welcome as the truth always wins and I’ve written the truth they are no good at all please be careful if you get blister pack ad mine have been seriously wrong I’m going to try and phone once more if I they don’t answer I have to go without my medication it seems my name is Linda Williams I’m certainly not afraid to put my name

Order did not arrive
Tried to contact customer services but impossible from their site

Took my £25 and I'm still waiting for my item , claimed shipped Nov 22

I had a problem with my item not being available but they did offer an alternative and after a phone call, I did receive my order

Caveat Emptor. If I could provide a zero star rating I would! I ordered a sleeping aid from Acer Pharmacy on the 14th September and monies were taken from my account on that day. According to their website, Acer appear to be part of Northwest Pharmacy Ltd.

Having not received a despatch notification I chased up the order by email and online contact form and finally on the 20th September received notification that it was out of stock - although this did not show on the website. I was offered an alternative but declined as I wanted a specific prescription and asked for a refund. The order was subsequently marked as 'refund issued' on the 23rd September. However, to date these monies have not been refunded. Despite numerous emails and online contact forms Acer have gone dark! I will be reporting this to the relevant pharmaceutical authorities.

Place an order, I had a query, which was answered promptly. The item was also delivered quickly. A smooth shopping experience.

I ordered an item from this company for the first time about the 14th of August the next day they emailed me to tell me my order had been cancelled so I left it for a while then emailed and said I didn’t reiceve my refund and they emailed me telling me to call them so I called and they said they couldn’t help just flat out said sorry can’t help so emailed them again now I think they are ignoring me never order from them again terrible customer service

Fast and efficient service on prescriptions, with fast and friendly free delivery service. Prescriptions also come in blister packs to, which makes life much easier

Brilliant service. Dentist explained all the steps during the check up and clean. Highly recommend. Multiple services available.
