Wat A bad company the had problems withe tranfering funds via ideal so the had en solution i had to send them e email for mij loading number thats on the normal card but not on the virtual card i only virtual but noooooo more then 1 weeks later no email from customer service only the automatic generatid forwoordid email that's e bad company downt use them go to the nexst company if you hav a problem they don't reply if I come across a company withe bad service i skip and use the the 1 that dus have e good custermer service sorry pay2d this is not working. If i cant get help withe in en reasonable time i cant use you

Thieves! They stole € 22 from a transfer, saying the name doesn't match. I told them - ok, then send the money back. It's been 1 month since then and I still don't have my money back. Stay away of this scammers!!!!

It's a scam. They said the name did not match my bank account, which is totally ridiculous. I double checked and used BUNQ for an ideal transfer.

DON'T USE THEM. SCAMMERS

They stole 60 euro from me after sending me an email telling me to sign up for Pay2D pro with no link to sign up. And it's not even called Pro it's call 'Plus'.
