The whole experience was fantastic! Mark the installer was professional throughout the whole process. He cleared up every night and explained things as he went along. The rubbish was taken away promptly and the communication with Accessibility was second to none.

The design surveyor Steve was very helpful and thorough, guiding me through the process of designing my bathroom.
All the goods arrived prior to installation as expected.
On arrival the fitters were not aware that there was a built in shower to be removed rather than just a bath.
(At a later date found out that the office does supply a copy of all documents to the fitter)
The installation of the new walk in bath went as planned . Unfortunately there were no handles for the bath as shown on the plan, but this due to be rectified at a later date.
Overall I would recommend this company as I am very pleased with my new bath etc.

I wanted a shower cubicle in place of a bath (a small bathroom)the salesman called and gave us a quote,£7,472, 50% payable in advance.I thought you get what you pay for,how wrong I was.The 14th January came two fitters arrived but the dedicated project manager was never seen.The technical surveyor said it would take approx.four days but the office said it would take approx.two days.Some materials were delivered prior to this date and some on the 14th.The two fitters were very clean and tidy,but I felt something was wrong.The fitters were able to complete in three days.Some of the installation were not to my liking i.e because of the position of the bath waste the shower tray was fitted higher than normal.But instead of a purpose made skirt,a section of wall cladding was used to hide the gap.A section of skirting board was removed but then put back again,I don't know why.I supplied the new shower assembly but the fitter said it was leaking and would not be able to leave it on.After they had left,I found they not installed it correctly.The cloak-room basin was too small for a bathroom,and the basin was not resting on the pedestal.Late the following evening my wife had just finished washing her hands when a flood of water came across the bathroom floor (the waste had not been connected correctly) Two nights later when making a visit to the bathroom,I caught my foot on the edge of the shower tray where it protruded 2 cm thus causing it to bleed quite badly and two weeks to heal.Finally,the day after the fitters had finish a delivery of chrome angles etc in a ten foot cardboard tube was delivered.All these points were made to the Technical Surveyor on the 22nd January.Nothing heard from anybody since .Todays date is 8th March

I was seriously let down by a competitor and telephoned Accessibility Bathrooms. From the outset their service has been second to none. Their surveyor arrived in his own time during his Christmas holiday, there was absolutely no pressure to purchase but my husband and I decided to go ahead. What a good choice we made. The installation has gone like a dream, products were delivered when they should have been, the fitters arrived as and when promised, and were a pleasure to have in our home. The installation was completed ahead of time. The day after completion a team arrived to remove all the remaining packaging and waste. I am always the first to expect a high standard and never shy of complaining. In all honesty I can find nothing to fault this company, the installation and the service offered has been excellent. From the initial contact with this Company everything was on a very professional basis. The installation was carried out very efficiently, all waste and mess was cleared up fully and the finished result was of a very high standard.

I have just had my whole bathroom renovated by Accesibility Bathrooms, the results are beautifull, I was a bit apprehensive on getting anyone to renovate my bathroom as it is such an expensive project,but I need not have worried as Accessibilty made me feel relaxed from beginning to end.All the fitings and fixtures are of a high standard,the tradesmen that renovated my bathroom was advising me of what he was doing every step of the way, i found this very helpful and i have also learnt a lot through this whole experience, i would recommend Accessibilty Bathrooms to my friends, family and naibours..Well done Accessibility.

Very pleased with workmanship and left workplace (bathroom) clean and tidy and available for use every evening. I have no complaints at all . Excellent job well done.

All according to specification. Skilled installer who overcame problems as they arose. Good daily contact with " head office". Very good quality materials used throughout.
