I have never seen such an unreliable…
I have never seen such an unreliable company as Access Bank Plc in my life ever.
This company is so unreliable, the staffs are all reluctant to work, the hospitality is like that of a concentration camp.
Basically nothing works. I've sent tonnes of emails asking for help with some bank issues. No reply. Not even one.
Tried chatting them online. I legit waiting for more than 2 hours, till some punk agent decided to log in after he/she finished fooling around.
Access Bank Plc has no regards for their client. They treat us with the lowest priority even.
I mean, they dont even deserve a star
