Have been waiting since January 2023…

Have been waiting since January 2023 with no response I would echo what everyone else has said

On the endless.co.uk website

It says abu as a compulsory strike off 6 months ago which isn't good for anyone who made an order with the company

Stay away from Abuwear

Grifters stealing money from Hirbawi and Palestine supporters. I have order #3095 from November 2024, I have repeatedly tried to contact Abuwear about a change of address - not to badger them about the kufiya mind you - because I have moved internationally, never heard a word back and it has been almost a year. I tried to send an email again today in August 2025 and it bounced back. Absolutely shameful.

Massively disappointed

Massively disappointed with Abuwear apparently taking people's money and disappearing, letting down customers trying to show solidarity with Palestinians and support the Hirbawi factory. I ordered in January 2025 and despite chasing up, NOTHING. Their Facebook page had a sparse number of miserable excuses, blaming people for expressing frustration at them, conflating this with a lack of solidarity with Palestine. They showed a complete lack of communication and accountability, then to just disappear with the money, is truly shameful. Giving them one star because zero isn't possible, even for grifting traitors. FREE PALESTINE FOREVER!

One order arrived, one never did, no replies to emails

My sister ordered a keffiyeh for me as a Christmas present in 2023. Due to some confusion, I also ordered one. The one she bought did arrive in April/May 2024 (I was expecting a long lead tim though perhaps not that long). Mine never arrived. I sent two emails over several months chasing it, and received no reply. It was back in my mind this morning so emailed again, and my email bounced. The website seems to no longer exist (so I guess no one else will hand over money for goods they don't receive, I guess).

I ordered a keffiey from AW in May…

I ordered a keffiey from AW in May 2024. I expected a long lead time. I went to check on their website today to see if there were any updates. The website is gone. From what I can see from other reviews it sounds like Hirbawi never received any of the revenue from the many pre-orders Abu Wear had take.

Abuwear have not paid Hirbawi

I have reached out to Abuwear recently for a response to two orders (2402 & 4432), however I have had no reply. I waited very patiently but grew concerned when the website went offline.

As Hirbawi have now removed them from their website as an authorised distributor, I reached out to the Hirbawi factory directly. They replied "We have no idea what is happening with Abuwear. They accepted many pre-orders without informing us. They have not paid us, neither for the pre-orders nor even for our last delivery of Kufiyas to them."

I found this quite shocking. Considering Abuwear were once being bullish with their solidarity for Palestine and had fulfilled orders for at least 3 years prior to October 2023, I had thought they may just be struggling to cope with the sheer volume of orders.

I do hope Abuwear are able to reclaim their dignity and pay Hirbawi what they owe and either begin fulfilling their back-orders or refund customers like myself. At the moment it does feel like both customers and the Hirbawi team have been taken advantage of by someone claiming to support the liberation of Palestine.

If the Abuwear team do want to reach out I will happily update this review to reflect any developments.

Don't conflate demands of communication with lack of solidarity

Same as others here have said. Purchased 3 kuffiyehs in Jan 2024 at about $150 USD and it's been about 17 months. The online website/store has been unavailable for a couple months now and I felt like it was worth waiting for some kind of update. That update never came. But the pattern of communication from Abuwear is gaslighty at best. Not sending anyone any info on what to expect when the online shop is getting shut down leaves us with a whole lot more questions. At this point, little faith should be put into a vendor who shames patrons for demanding at least SOME answers.
I hold that Abuwear had good intentions of supporting Hirbawi through unprecedented challenges, but I feel like there were many missteps that were repeated. Particularly the one where they conflated demands of communication with lack of solidarity. We all weren't expecting Amazon-level processing and shipping (and also BDS that isht). We just wanted to be in communication, as in BE IN COMMUNITY with a vendor that also supports Palestinian liberation. When you stopped that communication because that's the least you can do given the circumstance, you should expect backlash. It will always be FREE PALESTINE but it definitely feels like Abuwear was a grifter in the uprising. FREE FREE PALESTINE

Ordered a Keffiyeh in Dec ‘23…Still not here 18mos later

Ordered a Keffiyeh in Dec ‘23, currently June ‘25, and they’ve gone AWOL…website’s down, social media hasn’t been updated since Oct ‘24.
Why purport to help Palestinians if you make them look bad by association with you all, who’s taken our money and ran??
Clearly not Hibrawi’s issue, but kinda pissed AbuWear would do something like this.
Cold, calculated opportunistic scammers capitalizing on catastrophe to co-opt a movement. Shameful.

Order unfulfilled, zero communication

Ordered 3 keffiyehs in May 2024 and haven't received any of them, nor have I received any information or updates despite trying to contact AbuWear through various channels (email, Instagram and directly through their website) multiple times. Of course I knew there would be a wait, but the complete lack of communication over the year has been astonishing. As other reviewers have stated, I can only hope some of my £90 actually went to Hirbawi.

Took money meant for Palestine

I ordered three kuffiyas from this company in November 2023. Of course I knew that it would take a while to receive them, and when in spring 2024 I received one of them, I assumed the others would follow in the next months/years. However, there has been no communication since, no response to emails (my last email to them was on 29 May 2025) and now their website is just gone. Looking at their address on Google street view also doesn’t give me much hope this company even still exists, since it shows people working on creating a storefront with a completely different name. Seems like Abú Wear has disappeared and taken all of our money that was meant to support Palestine with it.

Disappointing. Ordered in good faith.

Ordered 3 keffiyehs in November 2023, obviously understood there would be a wait. Even defended them on Instagram when they gave an update and were being attacked.
Received 1 keffiyeh in March 2024, went to look for an update on the other 2 today (June 2025) and the website no longer exists.
I just hope some of my 80€ reached Hirbawi.
Will be waiting for the next Hirbawi restock to order directly from them.

I ordered 3 keffiyehs in January 2024…

I ordered 3 keffiyehs in January 2024 and didn't receive any updates. Initially I put it down to the extreme difficulty of operating and trading out of Palestine, but having heard that Hirbawi is still managing to send orders I went to email about my order today and discovered Abú Wear has disappeared. Very disappointing and I just hope the money went to support Palestinian business.

No delivery of my order and no communication

Order 6 Kufiyas on December 5, 2023 and haven't received any of them or an6 communication. They haven't responded to my request for a refund. This company is a scam. Which is sad, I went with them to support Palestine. I have since orders and received multiple kufiyas and other items directly from the Hirbawi.

Do Not Buy - Order not fulfilled, zero communication

Like so many others leaving a review, I ordered from this company some time ago (JANUARY 2024) as I saw it was an authorised seller and I wanted to show my support. I’ve had no emails stating updates on my order, and the numerous emails I’ve sent to their support email address have never been acknowledged.
I only hope that the money I spent did actually go to the Hirbawi factory. I have a terrible feeling it hasn’t.

I purchased a keffiyeh in May 2024

I purchased a keffiyeh in October 2023. To date, I have still not received my order despite the money being taken from my account straight away. I’ve emailed numerous times and have been ignored. It’s appalling that this company has made money off the back of the suffering of Palestinians. Shame on you

If I could give less I would

If I could give less I would. I had purchased a jumper and T-shirt from this company back in Dec 2024. I understood the company was under immense pressure dealing with orders for handmade Palestinian head scarfs. How they've dealt with the situation is shocking. They left it impossible to contact them directly. I've trying ringing, to message etc to no avail. I spent over £50 on this company, I'm shocked and appalled that this local company has dealt with this. I would never ever recommend anyone to purchase online or in person as they have zero respect for customers. I have yet to receive any word from or a refund, so I shall dealing with through my solicitor and relative authories.

Do not order from this company!

It's clear from the reviews that this company is scamming people out of their money.
I ordered and paid for a Keffiyeh in Feb 24 and have never received the item or a refund despite sending emails requesting either information or a refund.
In the meantime, I have bought and received 2 beautiful keffiyehs direct from Hirbawi......

An Irish company profiting off of genocide

Ordered a keffieh from this store because it was a Hirbawi trusted partner. Order was placed on January 2024, never fulfilled, no answer to a number of emails chasing, no justification. In the meantime hirbawi, even with all the struggles, made a bunch of restocks, Abuwear took the money, closed the online store and disappeared. An Irish company profiting off of genocide and people’s willingness to support Palestinian products. SHAMEFUL!!!
