Our bounding Beardie is now almost 11 and has arthritis in her back legs, so needs a soft landing. After scouring the Web, I came across the bed made by Absurd Designs. Kate made her a beautiful, extra-soft one to order, using additional materials. The minute the bed came out of its packing, Pepper climbed in and demonstrated her approval! Kate was extremely helpful, and it's really unfair that two people got her confused with an unreliable company with a similar name....

Lovely product, as described (and love that it is made using upcycled wetsuits), which looks great on my dog. Also great comms regarding the tag (I needed to reduce the wording) and delivery.

Excellent customer service. The collars are very soft and strong. Nice to have funky design's rather than a plain collar and I like the idea of recycled wetsuits especially as my dog is a water & mud loving hooligan.

Kate was very attentive, making contact to check the collar size. Our puppy really loves the bed and why not it's so well insulated its his goto chill out zone.
