Absolute Home Textiles are based in Swan Lane Mills in Bolton UK, a former cotton mill that is Grade II listed. Swan Lane Mills were at the forefront during the UK’s industrial revolution and the mills’ flamboyant terracotta embellishment were a reflection of the cotton industry’s prominence at the time.
We are to be proud to be based in such a historic location and to be able to continue the story that these mills had started.

A universal mattress protector was sent which would have fitted the mattress it was bought for.
The customer was advised of this and they did not inform us that the mattress protector. If they did, we would have arranged a return & refund.

4 pillows arrive, we'd thought we'd bought 2!
The pillows arrive and we had 4, rather than the 2 we had been expecting - went back to the order page and realised they came in pairs - hadn't pinged that from the website - ho hum - we have put them on guests beds and as "no news is good news", we assume they have been well received - will we order more? well, we do have the need, but at the moment not the budget, so we'll see...
