thank you for the feedback! Have you tried the layout of the team calendar and the personal one? They are still different to the google one, but we are trying to display the absences as easy and good as possible.

Vacation Rollover from 2022 to 2023
I have 5 vacation days left from 2022 and I want to take 3 on 2022 and 2 on 2023, but the app is taking 3 days out of my 5 days from 2022 and 2 days out of my 10 days of 2023

thank you for the feedback. As we are still in 2022 the absences for 2023 will be deducted automatically from the allowance of 2023, as you could put in more absences in 2022 with the current allowances for this year. So at the end of 2022 the residual will be taken over to the allowances of 2023 and will be calculated correctly as residual that can be used (or is already used for existing absences in 2023).

It's simple to book holiday and sickness, but visibility through reporting lines is difficult, if not impossible. It needs to have a way for you to able to setup up our own preferences the information for your reports.

Its cheap and it works
Its cheap and it works. A bit clunky though and not particularly user friendly. If you can deal with the interface then it makes a cost effective absence monitoring tool for small business and is far better than a spreadsheet.
