Abri have done such a great job since I moved it to the house last tennant definitely didn't get much done so lots to put right, there all friendly and trustworthy finishing jobs to a high standard , I can't thank them enough all the engineers from electric, gas , water, bricklayer all been fabulous. Especially Kevin. I've had alot bless him.

I had an issue with my boiler it was serviced the day before but lost pressure they sent outa wonderful man Tony Wise he went out especially to get the part needed so he could fix it immediately I would give him 10/10 he was amazing he deserves recognition what an absolute asset he is to Abri Thank You Tony From Jayne & Peter’s

An expensive, stressful and lengthy mistake we will forever regret from purchasing a shared ownership property with Abri.
Customer service is nothing more than message takers. The complaints process is a waste of time having been through it several times, the outcome is always a list of when and how they respond to the complaints with a £50 gesture for the time taken to reply. No physical action is ever taken to rectify the appalling work Drew Smith did building the properties. Now we have endured 2 years in this property, every call and complaint is responded with ‘you’ve been there too long, you are now responsible for any repairs.’ One person we spoke to even told us to pay to get it fixed and argue the costs back later. We have been through 3 complaints Managers, the latest incident being left with water pouring from our bathroom extractor fan from the neighbours bathroom above (another great installation by Drew Smith!) where out of hours Managers asked the advisor to pass on that it’s down to us to sort and to argue it with the complaints team during working hours.
This company is a poorly run mess that we desperately hope we can get out of at some point in our lives!

Extremely unhappy.
I have been without any water pressure and hot water for 2 weeks in my bathroom. Now there is a blame game between Abri and Thames water without any resolve. I have been unable to bathe for two weeks which is completely unacceptable.
Considering the house isn’t even a year old and we have had electrical components fall off the wall twice I’m extremely disappointed.

I had a job interview with Abri five weeks ago, I was unsuccessful and was offered interview feedback which I accepted. Despite three, yes three emails to request this feedback, the interviewing manager hasn't bothered to give me the requested feedback. I think I had a lucky escape!

Without a doubt, the Professional approach from Steph and the Team is simply outstanding. Every Department that I have come across have been superb.
Craig, the Garage King, who like a Wizard can mend Garage Doors to the brilliant Staff at the Department where we find Steph

Very bad management. The truck of the company had been parked in the loading pot at our private residential court for more than three weeks. Email sent to ask to remove it asap but nothing has been done. The parking is illegal but the fleet team doesn’t care. It causes a lot of problem to the residents and I don’t believe their service would be good.

My garden fencing was damaged due to winds. Reported it and was given a date for inspection Lee came round inspected it, went off to get the panels and came back straight away to replace it, done a great job looks so much better now. Friendly and professional.

Nikki , was, polite, respectful. She ensured everything was running okay, the gas boiler, the carbon monoxide alarm, heating and water...she didn't mind when I showed her a short video of my daughter's puppy which pinged on my phone during her visit. She also enquired as to how things have been going for me. She is an asset to the Abri team.
