Ordered some Alum powder, what I received was a bag of lumpy rocks, I complained in an email that the bag had probably been kept in a damp place, and would like a proper replacement, but no response, your customer service is crap, you excepted my message, answer it !!!

The letter box is of good solid construction and excellent value for money. The only possible downside is that the small window in the front—presumably for a name—is simply a plastic press in part which could come lose with time or be easily forced out.

I received the rating request before Evri had got round to delivering the items, so have no idea whether they are good or bad. Evri have apparently had the goods at their depot for four days but have not yet got around to delivering them. I have no idea why firms such as yours choose such an inept courier. Thanks to the intervention of ABN I can confirm that the parcel was eventually delivered but in a very battered condition. Fortunately the goods were made of flexible materials and had survived the ordeal. The goods themselves were fine, well priced and did what was required. I have no issue with ABN at all but will not be making any further purchases whilst they continue to use this firm of couriers. It is not the first time that Evri have sent goods ordered by me, to the wrong distribution centre and have had to retrieve them resulting in delay and damage. Evri need to either invest in updated software or employ people who know that Oxford is nowhere near Newcastle upon Tyne or the Scottish Borders where my orders have previously been sent.
